Why I feel the guy who plays emperor is really bad in acting? Like…literally no real emotion! I can’t feel his anger when he found out what her daughter did, and I can’t feel his sadness when he looked at her dying daughter…I can’t feel his aura when he was being wise to grant Qingmu request…like literally nothing! And yet people complained xukai acting was bad :(
I think it'll be around the time where she stabbed Qingmu/Bai Jue during his wedding day, I'm not sure though.…
But I was bias during that scene because I liked Runyu so much. I was hoping Jinmi would be with Runyu, and I was happy Runyu succeeded to overthrow the emperor and empress. They deserved it, they were tyrant, poor Xufeng being the collateral damage 😂. But, as much as I dun like the empress in ALP, it is nothing compared to the hatred I felt for the empress in AOL 😂
So, wuhan saw houchi and was surprised she looked like shanggu. So, why did wuhan hate houchi? Initially i thought she did becoz she knew that egg was shanggu. Btw, in normal circumstances, those people who know shanggu should already suspect that gujuan had an affair with shanggu so they had a child looked exactly like shanggu 😂
May I know exactly which drama are those? I am curious .....
Go watch Moon Brightens for You. The ML is a weakling and sickly, and the FL has to practice everyday to protect him, haha. Actually YuMengLong always starred as weak ML, I dunno why. Other example is his role in White Snake Legend…in Love Lasts Two Minds his legs were impaired…
I know one which didn’t! Moon Brightens For You…it has the ML weak from the beginning to the end, haha
Well, but the FL is pretty much independent and a strong single fighter, plus she did save many other male roles…but yes, 67 eps and not even getting an ending!! I spent 2 weeks imagining my own version of ending after watching it, I should claim for a time refund 😂
I think it is because she knows Houchi might be the reincarnation of Shang Gu. And, she seeks power and highest…
And another unusual thing is the OST. I mean the OST is great but it is just the type of modern drama OST…usually costume drama has this very specific OST with flute…if u know what I mean…
anyone felt anti-climax because u had been waiting for ep 23 coz u saw in the trailer that BJ was back and u couldn’t wait for him to show these stupid immortals what true god power is…but then he was back for only a few seconds, haha. Although deep down I know he won’t be back so soon since it’s only half way the whole series…but still… Btw, I also start to get annoyed by the emperor…all he did was just sitting, drinking tea, talking…trying to look wise…please, the least u can do is tame ur daughter!
So Zhenrong’s mother used to date Xiaosu’s father…and basically Xiaosu’s father left Zhenrong’s mother heartbroken. Now, 30 years later, his mother found out Xiaosu is her ex’s daughter and refused to accept her. Ridiculous right? Like can you please make up a better reason…
OMG, the story looked good until I am now at ep 5. What kind of stupid reason is for them to break up? 30 years and his mom already had husband and son, so doesn’t make sense to still have that grudge…I initially thought the reason was because they are siblings (like probably his mom was pregnant with Xiaosu’s father so Xiaosu and Zhenrong have same father)…but this…is just so cliche and stupid…
I enjoy this show where I dun have to worry about couple’s misunderstanding, one person harm the other, evil plot framing each other etc…feel so relax watching this…with so many handsome faces :)
Btw, I also start to get annoyed by the emperor…all he did was just sitting, drinking tea, talking…trying to look wise…please, the least u can do is tame ur daughter!
