So Zhenrong’s mother used to date Xiaosu’s father…and basically Xiaosu’s father left Zhenrong’s mother heartbroken. Now, 30 years later, his mother found out Xiaosu is her ex’s daughter and refused to accept her. Ridiculous right? Like can you please make up a better reason…
OMG, the story looked good until I am now at ep 5. What kind of stupid reason is for them to break up? 30 years and his mom already had husband and son, so doesn’t make sense to still have that grudge…I initially thought the reason was because they are siblings (like probably his mom was pregnant with Xiaosu’s father so Xiaosu and Zhenrong have same father)…but this…is just so cliche and stupid…
I enjoy this show where I dun have to worry about couple’s misunderstanding, one person harm the other, evil plot framing each other etc…feel so relax watching this…with so many handsome faces :)
Anyone knows how it works with these actor/actress management? I keep seeing Xu Kai starred in certain dramas with a bunch of same people. If I see list of Xu Kai dramas, he is always with same group of people playing supporting roles. I know someone explained to me before that they are under the same company, but I don’t see this with other actors. Luo Yunxi, Zhao lusi etc, they always star new dramas with new set of people. So, I wonder why in Xu Kai case, it looks like ‘group’ starring…

Haha. Actually every time I watch too many c drama, I would look in the mirror and feel why there are so many flaws in my face! The actress (and actors) in the c drama don’t even have pores, they look like a smooth white paper on screen, haha. Then, I will pick a hollywood movie from netflix…see the actress are so realistic with freckles, wrinkles, pores, big arms and thighs…then I feel better…

I dun think so. I read somewhere that she admitted she didn’t have the right look to star in ancient or historical set up, and even the director (or producer or whatever it is called) said that they intentionally cast someone unusual to stand true to ‘acting’ itself. Because there have been too many talented actress lost the opportunity in their career just because the usual c drama only cast those on the general beauty standard (especially costume drama). So, I think ZDY is fully prepared for this whole bad talks…
Actually I don’t know why people hate Wu Huan so much? At least from what I watched so far, I dunno what she did other than accidentally killed Yuemi?
