I’m now 65 chapters in and really enjoying the story. I can’t wait to watch this drama if it’s going to be anything like the book. It feels like the character of Wei Yun was written with Ding Yuxi in mind.
Sarang breaking Gu Won's heart by breaking up with him at the end of episode 15 is such an infuriating moment. I know they did it to build up tension for the finale, but goddamnit I would've preferred to see the proposal. I hate last-minute break up cliches.

It's a cute drama but honestly it's one of those dramas that could've been two to four episodes shorter. I'm at episode 10 and i'm just ready to get back to the plot already. I like cute moments like swoop catches, kisses, and longing stares as much as the next person, but I start to get numb to it when it consists of 50+ percent of the episode runtime.

Because he's a married man with kids and a wife who's an actress, they tend to take turns with filming their dramas, so his dramas tend to be every other year.
AHHHHHHHHHH. I cried for the whole last episode. And I gotta say, if the extra episode didn't exist to tie up loose ends and give us a hopeful ending, I would've never been able to watch this drama ever again, even if it was really amazing.

Not that I am aware of. I've bought script books for Korean dramas before, and they were written in Korean only. I've already bought the FoF script book with the intention of eventually translating it as an exercise as I try to learn Chinese.

It looks like they sell select official merch for popular c-dramas. They have stuff for Love Between Fairy and Devil, Kill Me Love Me, Love Game In Eastern Fantasy, Love You Seven Times, Till The End of the Moon, and a bunch of other shows. But script books aren't always released as official merch. TTEOM doesn't have one listed, but LYST does have a script book included with the collector's gift box.

Take it up with the book author, my guy. Sometimes –actually, often times– the rules of reality are bent to make some fun fiction with situations that wouldn't possibly happen in real life. I personally didn't know about those rules you mentioned, but that knowledge isn't going to ruin my enjoyment of a well-acted show with a decent revenge plot. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Four episodes in and I'm reminded as to why I don't usually watch C-Dramas set in modern times. So many things are unbelievable, and just work out too easily. Arranged marriage between two strangers? Don't worry, they fall for each other within a few episodes. The 2ML failing to fix a leaky sink in the 2FL house? Let's just splash each other with the water instead, because that's totally what people do when the water won't stop leaking. FL has her reputation tarnished by a bad rumor? Don't worry, it'll be solved within one episode, without any real conflict. I want to finish this drama purely because I'm a DYX fan, and I know there's some cute scenes ahead, but the plot is just not good, barely there even. It's a very surface-level drama, with no depth to the characters.
