I don't care if its forbidden love or not because I don't personally see any reason either of them are holding back so much but they are two good looking guys who have consistently steamy scenes even if they are just looking at each other. I am also waiting for the stitch of their scenes only. Will make it much easier to watch in the future. I have to say, Noh is really brining it in this one compared to Nitiman. It may be that he has better screen partners. I really hope his eventual kiss with Phayu will be as hot as Sun's friend's dream.

It's a magical heart condition that only Khim can cure by the mere thought of him and as the saying goes - An apple a day keeps the doctor away. At this point I won't be surprised if a magical kiss will cure everything after he falls into a coma. I don't know if this is why I am just not feeling the story between these two or there are other reasons but really Phayu and Rain should be the show runners at this point. They make more sense even if they don't say much. I can just watch them staring at each other and I think that would be enough for me. I am still here because of them

Right. I am actually done with their story line because it's really nonsensical. I am much more invested in Phayu and Rain. I mean, they also just repeat the same things to each other but the feelings are still conveyed and their scenes together are smoking and because they have history, my brain can fill in the blanks. I am disappointed with the script actually. Nothing much is going on and its 9 episodes in already but the cast are talented enough and keeping me coming back.
For such a short series, it felt like it covered 40 episodes of story like a usual Chinese drama. They did remarkably well given the time and budget and all characters seemed well developed. I did get lost a few times regarding what was going on because of the brevity perhaps but the acting pulled it all together from the cast. I literally just finished and felt upset they ended like that but after consideration, it was actually perfect. Bittersweet open ended ending. Truly bittersweet. Like if anything defined bittersweet - that ending would be it.

Well its Chinese so it is a BL in disguise as a bromance as usual so it doesn't get banned. There will of course be no kissing but their love for each other is heavily implied.
The award for cheapest effort to produce a show may go to this show. The actors are all great but man this production takes a lot of shortcuts. Biggest issue for me is the music- be it the orchestra or the soundtrack, I don't know why they are using midi tracks for all of it as it sounds awful and cringey so I skip almost all music room stuff due to it giving me ear and heart ache and wish I could mute the background music too. I mean a lot of the story doesn't really make sense and is pretty thin, but its okay to watch as the guys are doing their best and they all handsome people and they bringing the heat well.
But boy wow, that bunk bed scene in ep 5 made me do a double take. Came out of nowhere and was so steamy I just hope RainPhayu end game matches or exceeds it. Noh really stepped up his game since Nitiman. 🔥
