anyone can tell me if its really toxic?? like stalking etc...
Don't worry about these folks Roino. They don't get that this is a comedy/ parody essentially mocking fan behaviour in an over the top manner taking it to extremes because we all know no one will saves food. That stuff with rot and smells but this show knows how silly it is and everything is OTT pandering to fan behaviour in itself with the crazy over the top seduction and everything. I get what you mean and the first time I watched it it was difficult and crazy but actually its crazy cute too. LOL. It's not perfect but its not a serious show either for people to be this up in arms only at ep 1 to not understand what this show is about.
I was thinking the exact same thing! But when I was watching it, people were saying that it was supposed to be…
He did say that. I rewatched it for like the 3rd / 4th time. But also it is fan behaviour as a poster below in comments explains. I also thought that the secret crush on you is actually about Nuea as well as Toh as Toh is so obvious even Nuea noticed he was always around but only Nuea's friends know hewhas a crush on Toh. lol. This is indeed a weird show but actually, I can now look past the insane comedy aspects mixed with the sexy. It's a treat. Like a guilty pleasure. This show did EVERYTHING over the top.
For 8 episodes of 30mins it did a great job at what it was trying to say about marriage and expectations. It could have benefitted from more detail with more episodes to explore it and the couple more but this style of story telling really just gives you a quick hit and then drops you. lol.
Side note: Not me at some point wondering if the twist was this was actually going to be a BL. LOL
This is a very safe drama and its nice because it breaks away from cliche story lines such as toxic parents, friends etc. The people you think would traditionally end up together actually end up with more suitable people in a very natural fashion.
I found the director incredibly handsome and was sad his story was mostly in the last third and not more of the show.
The lack of diverse wardrobe for all characters was super obvious particularly for the more affluent characters. The sister apparently did a lot of shopping but we always saw her in the same garb. There is one blue outfit I thought was super cute she wore though but that just made it stand out more that she wore the same things multiple times.
Yes I think it takes place just over a year and that kitten never grew. Her best friend never appears. She is only a year older than her sister in law with such a big gap in maturity levels and life experience, they should have given her an age of at least 26/27 with the SIL remaining 23. I wish they didn't break the 4th wall at the end.
This was cute and sexy with a few parts a bit dragged out but its a simple storyline with feel good cosy tone. You know that nothing major is ever gonna happen so its super safe when you need something to recover from more dramatic dramas.
The stalker wall of photos gave me the creeps too.
The first few episodes really were problematic like her whole existence revolved around him. Not the type of female character I enjoy watching in this day and age.
they’re using a song from Why Women Love drama. someone mentioned it on here previously - not sure if that’s…
It’s a tune without lyrics, purely piano instrumental that I’ve heard before but can’t place which drama as I watch too many. I was thinking You Are My Glory but I can’t find it without watching and episode or so. 🤔 I just recalled a bit more. It does have lyrics but in this drama it’s purely piano instrumental.
Goodness, I see what people mean about the suits. They look unfinished. On ep 5. Just got a bit irritated because girl doesn't have any contracts signed and is already advertising to the world that she is going to sign with someone. Quite unprofessional. I hate when writers make characters do things that wouldn't happen in the real world in professional circles just to push the story forward on purpose. I like where the main story is going though. Was a bit worried this girl was going to be annoying but she seems to be standing on her own, but its too soon to tell.
The background piano music is so familiar its driving me nuts.
I am struggling a bit with this. It has a good main story line but its the parts around the edges that are driving me nuts. All the secondary characters and the forced interactions and inconsiderations. I'm on ep 3 and it really irritated me that that dude forced his crush to take a lift with him as his crush was getting late for an appointment with his parents and then wanted to make a stop somewhere else first and a long drawn out conversation ensued and he refused to let Gen call a taxi. I don't like that kind of forceful manipulation. Also that they all easily drop their work responsibilities and when Nut has a problem it takes all 3 of them from the same company to go and sort it out. I wonder how they all still have jobs with such poor work ethics. Nut apparently likes his job and wants his story to be turned into a series but then disappears for hours from it not even telling his boss. I get that the main storyline has some bigger meaning or revelation but these side things are so irritating sometimes. I know they are meant to be some kind of comic relief but it comes out really creepy and borderline psychotic sometimes especially the female character that has a crush on Nut. Im going to try and hold out for the main storyline but I hope the edges ease out,
episode 2, around the 20 minute mark. he’s randomly playing a guitar at the mall.
Oh I remember that scene but I couldn’t see that person clearly and they didn’t have a speaking part as far as I recall. Will go back and check it properly. Thanks.
You mean Junseong's ex. Who is... *drumroll* Changmin! You should watch Junseong/Sungho/Seonwoo's reaction video…
Yeah I skipped through a couple of their vids out of curiosity. Glad they are doing well together. I hope the pressures of fame and selling their relationship doesn't place pressure on them to stay together for the wrong reasons. They both seem to have a good head on their shoulders so hopefully they can navigate through it all well. What a strange world we live in these days. I got my answers about the show now that were left unanswered thanks to Daenyeol's reaction videos. I am glad the Jeonwook HyunJin mess was resolved quickly although we didn't get to see it on the show itself. All success to everyone on the show.
This looks interesting and different. However just watched the pilot and they heavily digitally smoothed the skin at least of the main character and I hope they don't do that in the actual release.
I see Mean is on the guest role list but I can't recall seeing him (maybe coz I fast forward a bit and missed him). Anyone pin point the episode and scene please?
For the longest time it was really bothering me who Lee Hyeon looked like/ vibed like because he seemed so familiar but he has nothing else under his name in entertainment. I finally got it! Lee Hyeon is the Korean version of Apo Nattawin Wattanagitiphat.
I would say I am glad he realised the consequences of his inaction and revelling too much in the attention he…
I have since watched the commentary from the contestants and I don't feel pained anymore because.... humans. Still feel sad that Minsung Hyun jun didn't happen and still not happy that Jeong wook was put through that misunderstanding by Hyun Jin. Its all for the best.

Yeah it was like 4am when I wrote that and I found learning the names of everyone strangely difficult this season. But I watched a YT video and Junseong also mentioned that they all found the names difficult too. lol.
Changmin is the last person I imagined to be the ex!!! I really really didn't like him at all! I am glad Junseong found someone who can give him what he needs. I hope they do well long term.
Thanks for the vid. I don't usually watch all these extras and stuff after a show like this but this is the first time I want to know more of what happened behind the scenes and their thoughts etc. so I went to bed a bit late last night! lol
OMG I just finished. At first I thought I Seon Woo was worse than Changmin in HS1 but actually by the last episodes…
I would say I am glad he realised the consequences of his inaction and revelling too much in the attention he was given but really it was all Danyeol whom I want to give a standing ovation to because he was through it all completely true to himself and so kind and gentlemanly and patient yet absolutely fierce when he needed to be. From watching the clips I don't see how much more clearer he could have been in his intentions and I also was waiting for minseong to show something towards him too. He voiced my thoughts about the whole situation perfectly at the end and the way he took himself out and protected himself was precious. Mad respect for that guy. The gall of minseong to say he made a decision when actually the choice was already made for him as Danyeol took himself out since the cafe. There was no coming back from that although I still had hope because Danyeol is worth it.
Hyun Jin I really instantly disliked the moment he spoke to Jeong Wook that way and I am curious how that misunderstanding was resolved to remove that hurt because I would not get over that. I am glad Jeong Wook challenged him on how he approached that situation because that was unnecessary and utterly selfish of him. Then the way he behaved later on was exactly as Danyeol described and reasoned.
OMG I just finished. At first I thought I Seon Woo was worse than Changmin in HS1 but actually by the last episodes he redeemed himself and learned from his mistakes. But then Minseong came out of nowhere as a point of frustration.

Goodness. What a ride.
