Can someone spoil it for me and tell me who took Mirai and why?I searched alot couldn't find anything on google…
Shinji (the glasses guy) took Mirai to a place called Utopia, to experiment on her in order to find a cure for the golem virus. Iori, who was working with Shinji and later confessed the whole thing to Hibiki.
I can't believe the worst girl in Asuha's group got to go to Utopia in the end!! Hate her since ep1!
Yea and what made it worst, is when they all got guns. She was the first to start killing off the remaining people in their group, unremorsefully might I add. Even trying to kill Mamiya after he save them from self-annihilation, although it was only temporary. I can only hope that's she's either killed off or she gets some redeeming character development in the next season.
Maybe You don't have the brains to understand it I guess that's the reason why it didn't make sense to you ππ…
I think you need to remove yourself from the equation, and realize that just cause you wouldn't do something doesn't mean another person wouldn't, even if it doesn't make sense to you. In the end everyone is different. And I guess you forgot that fact that she was suicidal, and only foreshadowing her imminent death. The main thing she truly feared was being all alone, and he provided that security blanket for her. I wish you can fully grasp the fact that these two are extremely mentally scarred from the tragic trauma that they've experienced, hmm maybe that's something they have in common.

Hey there. While they both did start off hostile towards one another, (more on her side tbh) they did manage to have a few heartfelt moments, that makes her final act, plausible. Just to name some instances. 1. He showed genuine concern and even going out his way to stop her when he though she was going to shoot herself. 2. He respected her body and space, even when she didn't respect herself (I know it's cause of her damaged state of mind) 3. After her Uncle's death, he still stayed with her and did what he could to help her. 4. He shared his favorite dish with her, as well as a part of his past (a time with his mother and sister). 5. He gave up his life to save hers (a noble sacrifice). I may have missed something, but I feel they were push to a point where they really needed each other or else they would've been alone. I hope my thoughts could help some.
But I will be severely depressed.
