We still support the series though despite our criticism. And I think it's not just a cultural thing or a fictional thing. This thing happens in real life in some gay relationships that I know. I have a friend who went through an abusive relationship because, as we can guess it, of jealousy and cheating. Despite knowing this, I feel like it's something not should have been done in certain circumstances but I know not all relationships are perfect. This couple, TharnType will undergo stages that would help strengthen their relationship or break them down. It's really up to their decisions.

I don't have a say on this matter but I was not surprised. I was actually thinking that they should have a version of TharnType for screening on cinema. And I am glad that they did. It would be a test for the producers to assess how this series would do well on the big screen.

Guys, having the DVD version or a version for theater is a way for us to pay them back, the actors, the crew, the producers and the directors. I may have a problem with the direction of the recent episode but still TharnType is good for me. Many critics may not like the whole story line but they also have to assess the acting skills of the casts. So far, Mew, Gulf and even Mild are doing great, even Hiter and Kaownah.

Again, I am not really surprised that they have done this because it's also been done in my country. And people would pay if they believe the movie would be worth it.

It would be construed that they were promoting alcoholic brands if they showed them.

I know many of us have been mesmerized by Mew's acting, charisma and his beauty. But let's also give our appreciation to Gulf for portraying his character very well despite being a rookie actor. I know he can still improve his acting prowess.

And I know that I have been bashing his character here especially on the recent episode. Lol

But I can't deny the fact that Gulf is effective in portraying his character.

If we take into account all the efforts he did with the Bearling channel, we could really say how sincere Mew was with his feelings. I always notice it when I first saw the first vid despite not having an engsub yet. But then, he also managed to add English subs to the videos later then. I could see how he was free-spirited, and even in love on those vids. I was a bit shocked when it happened but I already noticed signs how the other guy was not really into it. I could observe it in the videos.

Anyways, past is past. What I resolve to do when I learned that he was starring in TharnType is to support him. Even though he may decide to fall in love again, as a supporter, what I can do is to support his decision and not dictate on what he should do. I don't have that right because it would be an obstruction of free will. One of the biggest offenses in the universe is when you obstruct the free will of the person. Even the dark forces know it.

Again, as a supporter, what I can do is to support him and his decision. If he may fall in love again or if he is already, then so be it.

You know, if you take Kevin Spacey for example, even if he was a good actor and he still is but an asshole now, you would also agree that he was also a victim of Hollywood's homophobia. Many of the actors in Hollywood are gay or bi and yet they could not openly out themselves because it would mean the death of their career. That's why it needs to be changed.

Yes, we cannot totally involve with the actors' lives but in the eyes of the media and many people, they are public figures.

Please learn the basics of PR as this applies not just to commercial brands but also to celebrities' brands as well even including CEO's of big brands. Even Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple cannot escape from the prying eyes of the media. His private life is also at stake even though he is not an actor. When he openly announced his sexual orientation, you can really see the big change in him and even to the Apple brand. It's just one of the examples of the importance of Sincerity and being Genuine as a person and moreso if one is a public figure.

Thank God it wasn't only me who noticed it about the way Mew distanced himself from Gulf at first. I think it would be implied that he didn't want another controversy.

And yes, you're right. It's apparent that he lost most of his radiance when we saw him last at WTD. He was so handsome there. He still is but on some of the first vids shown on TharnType channel, I can see the sadness in his eyes. And yes, he lost his weight as can be seen on his facial feature.

I don't want to bring back the past but I was really saddened of the turn of events. I noticed on his Bearling YT channel how everything had all been Mew's effort-- from video editing to even translating the video into English. I knew the painstaking efforts he did. It was not easy yet he did it for the fans. I have to stop it here.

On the recent fan meets and events though, I think I could already observe the happiness when he smiled.

And one thing that I noticed is that even MAME and their staff have been giving hints of MewGulf moments. Even the other cast have been teasing Mew. I think it's their way to lift Mew's spirit up.

I have never ever observed any film set or even in a show where the crew and producers have been like giving hints and even support to a potentiality of a relationship. So far, it's only in TharnType unless you know other BTS scenes of gay or BL shows where the crew and staff are like relaying clues about their main casts.

They may not be able to say it outrightly but those who can easily decode, analyse and are not stupid enough can really say that there is.

Gay relationship is a wonderful thing but society still frowns it. And that's sad. Just imagine the mental health issues of many LGBTQ people.

Anyways, I don't want to make things political. I am just saying what have been noticing. I may even have to apologize to TharnType crew for initially accusing them of being misleading. I think they believe in the essence of sincerity. It's only recently that I have been noticing it.

Fan service already has a negative connotation being a pretentious act. There's no sincerity. I think Mew is being genuine with his message. It may be friendship or whatever.
