This seems subjective and yes, I believe Mew is way more handsome than Gulf. When I first saw him on WTD, I noticed his striking beauty. He has got good Aura and great angle on his face. I understand that he has very intimidating beauty because he is too handsome. Even Gulf may have certain reaction when he's with Mew because of the latter's extreme handsomeness.

I think it has to do with culture esp in Thailand. I am even still surprised about this but I think it has to do with different sets of principles and beliefs. I have read somewhere on how Thais deal with rape and that they have to be more open to sexuality. I don't have the right sources though and I might be wrong. That's why, even if it's an Asian country that values conservative principles, it's more open than other Asian countries when it comes to sexual beliefs.

When it comes to Asian BL kissing scenes, the History series from 1,2,3 of Taiwan are the most passionate. I can't really sense awkwardness in most of their kissing scenes. Perhaps, because Taiwan is more very open when it comes to LGBTQI content in Asia. They're in my top 5 with TharnType at the top now, while MaxTul of TWM on the top5.

There's really that bottoming issue. Lol...

From what I've learned, a gay guy needs to find the right top guy, who really knows the mechanics of sex so both can experience pleasure during intercourse.

In this series' case, Tharn managed the find the right techniques for the bottom and him to really experience pleasure during sexual intercourse. It's in their dialogues.

In one dialogue between Tharn and Long, his bestie even mentioned about converting a straight guy into gay. So, I think it has something to do with his sexual techniques. This is prior to his relationship with Type. And that's why he's cocky and confident in seducing Type because he knows he can get Type under his thumb.

Yes, that part where the kissing is too awkward to watch. I definitely agree. Been seeing lot of this before at least there are some developments in some BL series. MewGulf kissing scenes are so far superb and sincere. MaxTul kissing is one of the hottest in TWM but they had awkward kissing scenes in Bad Romance, lol.

New's kissing scenes with Tay are kinda awkward. But why did he have one of the hottest kissing scenes with Earth in Waterboyy 2 in Thai BL? Earth played Type in Love by Chance.

The demand for BL content especially in live action is increasing to a level that I am even amazed. That's why I said that for the producers to really attract more audience and keep them engaged and glued, they should be thinking of casting actors who can become real-life couples, if not real-life couples already. I have been seeing many tweets and comments on YT and other platforms wishing their BL ships as real. So, there's that demand already. It's for the producers to work on how to fulfill that demand. Many audience want something authentic or they will always be delulus. We know how many get into fight just to prove their ships are real. LOL

I think that's a way for setting that bar high. It may be wishful thinking for now but it is possible.

I have never seen Gulf blushing that easily on his interaction with the girl but I may be wrong. I only see that kind of reaction when he's with Mew. As for their intimacy, they really look like real couple. The level of comfort they have with each other is amazing. Never seen that level of comfort in many gay series nor in films. The closer I could compare this level of comfort between gay couples in a series is with Christian and Olli of Verbotene Liebe(Germany) and that was a decade ago.

The series has many great kissing scenes but this is the best and most romantic so far.

I have to disagree on one point and is on Mew being seductive. I see him as a very seductive actor and character. He does it so subtly though on his portrayal particularly when he does those teasing looks except when he's being moody or mad in certain scenes. He portrays those scenes very well with authenticity. Mew is like a gay guy's dreamboat though I know not everyone will agree.

Revil is the funniest. I understand his reactions and expletives lol. Everytime I watch his TharnType reactions, I always crack up like crazy.

LMAO. I used to to feel excited when DBK ep1 came out even without engsub but TharnType got me so hooked. I think it's the first time for me to watch the series for more than 10 times in episodes, trying to squeeze within my busy work-school scheds.

That's why I feel this series very relatable in so many levels especially for some gay guys. I was in that situation and it hurt so bad. But thankfully, I got over it.

And that part though when Tharn had no choice but to concede and let Type go on with his decisions was heart-breaking. Seeing Tharn's face made me tear up a bit. I was not on full crying mode, thankfully. But it was very sad. Glad Type had that realization before it would be too late for him.

Oh, I understand you. It's just their way of self-preservation so that they can still regard themselves as masculine. But many gay guys are also very masculine and yet out and confident gay. Others want to go experimentation out of curiosity. But if a "straight" guy bottoms and he likes it, then I am not sure he's straight.

There's what we call: bi now, gay later. I have gone thru that phase.

I think Type is wearing Tharn's shirt in the next episode. I don't really see a MF role there. I think it's more of a precursor for their sexual activity.

And they say there's also Tharn Type 7th year so the story might have also been included in this series. Now, that is something I have to anticipate.

Agree. It's now my #1. It used to be Untamed despite the lack of kisses. But now, the delivery of Mew and Gulf really has me hooked.

That was a very heart-breaking scene. Kinda relatable based on experience. Lol.

The dialogues between Tharn and Type may seem simple but they're very impactful. I am even amazed how they were able to deliver them with the right emotions and their setting. The bed scenes and the apologies from Type including the pillow talk were superbly delivered.
