The lingering shots (the lack of cuts) in More Than Words are beautiful. Of course they're a novelist, now I understand.

Title My Colleague at BL Shop Might Be the Meant-to-Be
A BL store making a BL story with the central setting being their store as a promotion... as well as what I assume is half the cast being the actual employees? Props to them tbh. The advertising worked on me.

Title Two Weddings and a Funeral Spoiler
The tonal shift from the first cour to the second was like getting hit by a car (no pun intended). The lighting, the cinematography. Everything about it changed. It hit you in the face suddenly, and it was great. I just really wish they didn't return to the corny structure 10 minutes to the end. If only, if ONLY they stayed with the utter despair (possibly a single ray of hope) the entire way to the end... this movie could have pulled off meaning something.

Title Kiss × Kiss × Kiss: Melting Night
Stepbrother's Secret Kiss straight up made me cry. It reminded me of a manga by Fumino Yuki, "Saraba, Yoki Hi." You can't stop yourself from falling in love with someone. Plus, the genuine teenage shyness. My favorite episode out of them all, by far.

Do you expect them to start sucking face in a park after the first confession??
Fair enough.

Title Please Tell Me So
It was sweet and cute, except for the expected dead fish kissing. They should just scrap the kissing altogether,…
