i just saw on a viewing platform the phrase "la forte" added behind the series name. is that like a special version?

There´s not much omegaverse mention in the series, really barely any. Omegaverse is based on the ranking system of animals in captivity which is alpha-beta-omega. Mangaka have added some more details of their own invention to the system.

How is this a happy ending when they both die in the very last minutes of the last episode?

no idea. i loved the captains dancing and battling but there's only like 10% left of what they did before... sigh.
in ep 7 they formed teams but with competitors as the captains.

PS: Don't download the episodes to watch them later on the app. The subtitles are missing from the downloads. :(

Starting screen says SUB only on Youku international app... They even put "non-sub" in brackets in front of the vid title. XD

very very poor production value, not going to look for subtitles. also, I don't think Youko provides subtitles for it's 2 min series...

might give this a go due to the mature actor who plays the ML. hopefully a reprieve from all those idol mls...

really boring. 5 episodes of him looking like a free spirit and then it turns into the usual "prince has palace problems". at episode 13 I was mostly hitting the fast forward button, so I gave this series up. not even my favourite actors were able to save this. sigh

sigh... so it is a no go.
i watched that one series, sleepless princess or sth, and the subtitles made it sound as if I was watching bl and gl erotica. XD
had a lot of fun with nevertheless gave up after 4 episodes cause you didn't get the plot due to horrible subtitles

I'm afraid to ask: How are the subtitles? MGTV is known for being a mess in that department. :(

the key is drawing the chinese characters of a song (due to copyright they always give you all the info of the song in the show) in an online website , then copy the text version and google away. XD

only gets problematic if it is a remix made for the show.

Even though this series is only meant to push the two main actors singing and acting career, it is still quite enjoyable. I'm a sucker for historical BL. XD
