I watched TBOY - that was great by the way ! - and recognize some of the secondary characters but not all of them. Also, in TBOY, the plot started better and characters were introduced gradually, not all of them at once. I’m not sure I’ll keep on with this one.
What I love most about this drama is that Su Yun is not jealous of Zheng Ren. He admits he’s good and admires his skills. What a refreshing point of view ! We could have had the typical « secondary ML is jealous of first ML and does everything to annoy him. » I much prefer mature characters. Also, this medical drama is a refreshing one, focusing on « interventional surgery ». They manage to make is suspenseful. How fun !
I am hesitant to watch this. I think that this kind of drama doesn't suit Wang Yibo, I would've wanted him in…
According to the critics, he was fantastic in Hidden Blade. I like to see him in more serious dramas. He’s too good as an actor to play in a romance idol drama.
The main issue I have with this drama is that Im more interested in the sister and the vilain husband and the nice magistrate. The love story between the ML and FL is getting really annoying. And childhood friend coming into the couple is not helping at all.
Im so happy to see Zhou Yi Wei in a drama again ! I discovered him in the Rebel Princess and he was fantastic. I love Judge Di stories and this drama does them justice ! The filmography is beautiful, the plot is interesting… Zhou Yi Wei is great, as usual : he’s a very subtle actor who can show many emotions in a second. I’m really having fun watching this.
I’m at episode 8 and instead of the Sci-fi story I was hoping to watch, I see a hairdresser story. The FL is an annoying brat and the ML can’t talk to her without being physically or verbally violent. Dropping this.
