I can just imagine when the costume director showed the cast their wardrobe, everyone had full rack of outfits while the “General’s” rack was only 3 pairs of trousers and body oil.

It definitely his own voice, it’s quite distinct, if you watch ‘Somewhere Only we Know’ it’s fairly deep there as well. I am guessing that post production audio will have some effect.
Does anyone know if Zhang Chao is being dubbed? If so, do you know who is. Dubbing him?

It lost 2 stars for the tropey noble idiocracy/marriage faff…it’s the worst of all tropes. As per usual I have to skip all of those parts as it just makes me angry.
