From what i read and saw, she was tricking him with a phone call that his wife got kidnapped. But I am confused if she is pretending to be two people. is his “wife” someone else or herself? Could anyone please recommend more dramas like this? Where the couple has such healthy relationship & communications, trust, understanding, no unnecessary misunderstandings or time apart, and lots of sweet moments. The ml is such an eye candy omg! I love how he remained consistent in building a romance with Sol Hee and stuck to her side. From my fair share of K/c-drama experiences, most mls would have gone for the “I have too much of a baggage from my past thats following me and I can’t put you in risk” route. I HATE when that happens. I so appreciate that this was not the case here. The leads supported each each other and made each other stronger till the end, no matter what. Its adorable how whipped he was for Sol Hee, and those cute giddy reactions.

omg thank you so much! I guess it’s better than the tragic endings that other similar dramas go for. Honestly i LOVE love absolutely LOVE DGZ so i watch all his dramas regardless. So far none of his dramas that I watched disappointed me (except for the ending of Maid’s revenge which I refuse to watch 😭). But I do wanna see him in higher budget dramas. That man deserves all the recognition in this world. Personally forever love would be the top on my list for his dramas. Their chemistry is 🔥 and this man is swoonworthy

@KaKaShi17 could you tell me the ending? I read from one of the comments that it’s not a happy ending and honestly Im so frustrated with how these mini republican era dramas always have to end on a bad note!
