But I have a feeling he already likes or loves her? and seems protective and possessive too. I am all in for that. Bonus point that she is trying to run away from him. I watched a few clips and it definitely piqued my interest! Could you tell me morw about the kidnapping thing? From what i read and saw, she was tricking him with a phone call that his wife got kidnapped. But I am confused if she is pretending to be two people. is his “wife” someone else or herself? Has it been established yet what she is trying to achieve from him or the kidnapping? I really don’t mind spoilers!

Where the couple has such healthy relationship & communications, trust, understanding, no unnecessary misunderstandings or time apart, and lots of sweet moments. The ml is such an eye candy omg! I love how he remained consistent in building a romance with Sol Hee and stuck to her side. From my fair share of K/c-drama experiences, most mls would have gone for the “I have too much of a baggage from my past thats following me and I can’t put you in risk” route. I HATE when that happens. I so appreciate that this was not the case here. The leads supported each each other and made each other stronger till the end, no matter what. Its adorable how whipped he was for Sol Hee, and those cute giddy reactions.

ep 6, but they don’t “hate” each other per se. More like the fl starts chasing him and earning his forgiveness while he was deeply hurt by her betrayal. It doesn’t last long though

omg thank you so much! I guess it’s better than the tragic endings that other similar dramas go for. Honestly i LOVE love absolutely LOVE DGZ so i watch all his dramas regardless. So far none of his dramas that I watched disappointed me (except for the ending of Maid’s revenge which I refuse to watch 😭). But I do wanna see him in higher budget dramas. That man deserves all the recognition in this world. Personally forever love would be the top on my list for his dramas. Their chemistry is 🔥 and this man is swoonworthy

Is this easy to watch? I mean: is there a love triangle, misunderstandings, evil SL, red flags...?
A very sweet, easy watch! In fact, be prepared for sugar overdose and raised standards as well. No love triangles, no complicated misunderstandings, no evil SL, no red flags. Just keep in mind that since the fl has been obsessed with the ml, her behaviour in the first few episodes may seem a little off-putting and stalkerish. But not to worry, it gets sooo much better. As for misunderstandings, they’re more of a “does he really like me- why does she like me” kind of suppressed emotions, which is there to keep the plot. But nothing to be cautious of really!
Also appreciate how the fl’s character was made, her character development. Again, it is not common in C-dramas. She not only speaks her mind (maybe not always in the matter of love), but she knows her worth too. I think the fact that she took the initiative to confess first and the plot majorly focuses on groveling says a lot about what you need to know about her character. She is bold, charming, sweet, most definitely not cringy, and it’s refreshing. And she is so pretty??? 😍 Would love to see them together in another drama! Their chemistry was epic! I have rarely watched C-dramas with top-notch chemistry and equally great plot. So satisfied!
I AM LOVING THIS ❤️❤️❤️ Started it just as a filler drama to pass time but I Already reached the last episode! (The first few episodes may be off-putting to some, understandably so. but if you give it some time, you won’t regret the watch ❤️)
I appreciate all the aspects of this drama. The couple’s sizzling chemistry, BOTH of their personalities, their families, friends, the workplaces, the looks, outfits, OSTs, the longgg,, sweet chase that made me fall in love with the ml even more— every bit of this drama is truly a breath of fresh air. Such a gem is exceptionally rare for C-drama romances. If you had your unfortunate shares of experiences of C-dramas with draggy plots, misunderstandings, excessive dramas, problematic 2nd leads, childish themes, time-leaps, and an outrageously long list of disappointing tropes, you will understand why. The ml’s unceasing love and affection for the fl is absolutely heart melting. He is WHIPPED whipped, enamored of our fl. And watching him do the sweetest, selfless, purest things for her is so endearing. He is just so soft for her and his actions towards her are an epitome of the word softness itself. The way he looks at her, the way he holds her, embraces her, gently kisses her forehead, speaks to her, reassures her, EVERYTHING is just so delicately pure. He is one of the greenest flags out there I would say. I love how his character was made and he pulled it off so well. He has that charm of a soft-spoken, respectful, mature CEO, but make no mistake, his girl is not to be messed with. Watch this drama to have your dose of sugars, beware though, you may develop a sweet-tooth.
