Oh Sang Sik is not only one of the best bosses but also one of the best characters out there. His character felt so real and human. Like he did judged Jang Geu Rae at first and even maintained his distance from him, but as he got to know his capabilities and struggles, he did what he could best do as a mentor and carved Jang Geu Rae into a fine and confident man.
I just watched the 1st ep and I read what you wrote. I wanted to help you with the questions you aksed becausethey…
I can agree about the fact as to why Cha Myeong Ju stayed in Jinyeong and didn't left but for the ghost, they actually show it again in 13 EP and this time the person who heard it wasn't involved with the case at all. If they had left it at 1st EP, I would have thought the same as you that it was just a hallucination of an overworked prosecutor. But the ghost and the high heel case are once again shown towards the end but nothing is discussed as to why the sounds were heard.
Since I was missing Run On, I started watching Misaeng which has Im siwan in it.His role in that drama is so innocent…
Misaeng is one of the best Kdramas for me. And believe me he'll turn into a fine and confident man and you'll be proud as if it were your own son or brother. lol
I don't know why but Yeong Hwa's friend Ye Joon, who is also the son of the director of Dann Agency seems a bit sus to me. Like everytime he is on screen, the camera lingers on him for a few moments and his expressions are also not understandable. Maybe I am looking too much into it.
I still have some questions. First of all, why was no one curious that Cha Myeong Ju stayed in room 309 for such a long time without leaving or didn't hear any sounds at all?? And following this, was there really a ghost in room 309? I don't think they answered this.
Yeah, it's better if you don't touch the webtoonCus most of us who read the webtoon can't really go on without…
I definitely understand. I am one of those people who actually doesn't like adaptations because of the same reason as you mentioned. Moreover from what I read, it's obvious that the webtoon is more deep and answers many more questions. But overall I really enjoyed this adaptation and will definitely want season 2.
indeed! usually I'm alone in my "SRS, supporting lead syndrome" but here everyone got it xD
Ooh.. I have read that article of yours. It was a really nice idea as I believe sometimes support roles are far better than main roles. Hope it has a part 2, this time including Jae Hun.
I actually stopped reading the webtoon when the adaptation was announced ( I think I covered 20 chapters) and for me it was the best decision. Not only I had a basic understanding of the plot, as I saw many people commenting that the first 2 EPs were confusing, I also could appreciate the plotline of the drama more without any comparison. And I am so happy with all the love Jae Hun is recieving. He deserves the world and much more.
Totally agree, it was an easy watch, as I would call it. There are some shows you need to get yourself into a…
I understand your disappointment. As you say that you liked EP 11, it's evident that you don't mind conflicts but want the conflicts to be resolved completely and the end to be not just for the sake of fan-service or things to end abruptly. But now that it ended, we can only wish for better and point our disappointments.
Honestly I don't watch BL and only watched the show because of all the hype and the lead couple felt too cute, so I went into expecting a simple rom-com. And honestly that's what the show was and had too many cliches but somehow they did it so well and perfectly that I actually didn't mind at all. They also added some good topics to deal with as you mentioned. The show had such a feel good and relaxing atmosphere (EP 11 was an exception) that it was all worth it and I was satisfied. And damn, Kurosawa. What I would do to see his smile and wrinkles.
These dramas are loves. The plot may seem boring and feels like nothing interesting will ever happen, but with such shows, it's less of the plot but more of the characters, their growth and their beautiful relations. As a 'slice of life' lover, it's really hard to tell people what I like about it because many a times there is not even a tiny bit of romance. But once you get into it, it's hard to not love it.
Still happy for my boy.
Just hoping they maintain this atmosphere till the end.
Well as mentioned above, it might be because he gets a reason to stay with Yeong Hwa.
Thanks for the info.
I'm sure it will be a fun ride.
Maybe I am looking too much into it.
