Korean Drama " Glitch " is a sci-fi drama with a lot of mystery. The drama has a kilelr duo, with the two female leads oozing chemistry and having a nicely paced relationship that blooms from almost hatred to friendship.
The drama, also, has its moments. Especially the first episodes were pretty intriguing and entertaining.
However, things got even wierder towards the ending, with some predictable twists to boot. The plot almost got repeatetive and lost its initial charm.
On the other hand, the performances were all great by everyone in the cast.
So, overall, three out of ten.

Korean Drama " Tomorrow " is based on the webtoon of the same name and is an anthology of short slice of life cases. The drama does an excellent job of blending in different stories, while keeping the main story as the axis of the drama. And it doesn't simply present a few sample cases to whet one's appetite. Rather, the drama gives various short stories till the very ending, with a wonderfully interesting universe that is well explored.
As for the characters, they are equally interesting, with their own background stories and perks. The actors did a great job as well portraying them, especially the main ones.
The cinematography, finally, was impressive, with well-choreographed action scenes and elegant CGI.
So, my overall rating is 9 out of 10.

Korean Drama "Twenty Five Twenty One" is a story rather watched for the leading lady and her struggles rather than the romance. The drama starts off with a youthful note, which maintains till the very end. And by going back and forth through time, keeps the suspense high, though it reveals a lot about the story's outcome.
Now, for the main plotline, the story is clever, with well-filmed sports scenes and intense chemistry between the two antagonists. The main girl's story is another plus, with layers and layers of family drama, character development, and a nostalgic vibe.
As for the romance, it was okay, but it wasn't the highlight of the drama. Rather, it took the passenger's seat, as it ought to consider that there wasn't much to work with.
Unfortunately, the ending episodes of the drama were messy and the time skipping got tiring. Hence, the ending didn't feel cohesive.
So, overall, 7 out of 10.

Korean Drama "Our Beloved Summer" is a slice of life love story that founds its success in the lingering feelings between two exs who have to work together after a long time. The drama does a great job creating the perfect atmosphere, with the use of lighting being on point, the scenes were beautifully shot and executed and the OST was brilliantly selected. And true, the game between the two main characters was an intriguing one, with the yearning for them to be back together being the force prompting the interesting factor. However, when that one was taken out of the equation, the drama got tiring and lots of scenes were added that were unnecessary and only there to fill in. So, yes, the drama started pretty strong, but it got predictable and boring towards the end. It also left out the family situation of the main lead out, which was a plotline that could have been explored in more depth.
Finally, the performances were great by everyone in the cast, which was consisted of an all-star pallette.
So, overall, 7 out of 10.

Korean Drama "Bad and Crazy" is a crime action series with strong performances and interesting characters. The drama starts strong right from the very beginning, with an intriguing crime case and the mysterious K's first appearance. The story progresses smoothly, though the plot didn't maintain the same level of entertainment throughout all of the episodes. Rather, there were some ups and downs, and some scenes that were tiring and far stretched. However, things picked up in the final episodes, with the new main villain being rather sneaky and the twists, which were plenty, offered a lot of suspense. That is when the bromance truly shined.
And for real, the two main characters were the highlight of the drama, along with the well-crafter action scenes. The performances were indeed on point from everyone in the cast, but the main leads were especially enjoyable. The same goes for the OST of the drama which was perfect for the genre of the series and created the perfect atmosphere.
So, overall, seven out of ten.

Japanese Movie "Tokyo Revengers" is the live-action adaption of the popular manga series with the same name. The overall movie has a nice atmosphere and the fans of High&Low would probably love this film as well. It has plenty of great fighting scenes that were well executed and well-choreographed. The performances were all masterful too, but the main lead was especially enjoyable, funny, emotional, and diverse. The dynamics between the cast were also pretty strong and that helped creating the right team environment that the movie needed to promote right from the start.
However, and even though the film is well made and the camera work is brilliant, the story felt like it only stretched the surface, like something was missing as the movie was moving towards the final showdown. The ending was pretty rushed too.
So, overall, 7 out of 10.

Korean Drama "Lovers of the Red Sky" did not handle the fantasy element well, which cost it a lot.The story has a nice start, though the fantasy part was a bit sketchy and wasn't well explained, but at least there was room for improvement. The romance was kind of interesting and the mystery was okay. However, the fantasy element continued being messy, and the love story got boring and predictable. The rest of the story had also with a few surprises, as did the love triangle. Fortunately, the artistic part was nicely made and looked pretty. And the leading lady had an interesting character, which she acted masterfully. However, the male lead could have been better when he was portraying a blind person.
So, overall, three out of ten.

Korean Web Drama 'Let Me Off The Earth' is an innovative sitcom that deals with school life problems, varying from young love to family drama. The main plot, however, is a fantasy story about a time loop.First of all, the drama has some interesting short stories that explore multiple genres. Unfortunately, the main story is not that nicely presented. It starts at the beginning of the drama, pulling the viewer in with the time loop mystery, but it doesn't conclude in the end. Rather, the ending is open and it doesn't explain the time loop.
As for the performances, everyone did a great job, even though they are rookie actors and actresses.
So, overall, six out of ten.

Japanese Drama " Risky " has a well-crafted dark atmosphere. The drama starts quite intriguing, with a to-the-point cinematography, a gloomy feel to every shot, and some marvelous camera angles that add to the thriller. The performances suited the story perfectly as well, and gave a twisted note to the events. The beginning, actually, is pretty exciting, with lots of suspense, as the plot is slowly being unfolded and the characters are being introduced. However, the drama slowly loses its might, as the ending falls flat and the whole story doesn't manage to give a good perspective of the characters. The twists were messy too.
So, overall, six out of ten.

" Was it love " had a strong start, an ambitious love square, but a messy progress. The beginning was nice, melodramatic and the dynamics of the two main leads were entertaining, as well as the mystery of what happened in the past between them and who was the father of the child. The other possible lovers were smoothly introduced too and there were some comedy elements that spiced up the plot. The two kids were also fun to watch.
However, halfway through, and especially towards the ending, things went downhill. Nothing really happened, as all actions were going in circles, being repeated, in a boring, tiring result. The final twists were just a huge no. The big mafia-action sceme did not feat well with the rest of the mood. The ending was even worse, not quite open, but it felt old, like something that dramas from two decades ago will use, especially that "after-years-not-disappearing-I'm-back" kind of ending.
Now, for the characters, the male lead was annoying, the teacher boring, the actor irritating, the mafia boss okay and the female lead, even though she was played by one of the actresses that I don't really like, she was okay, but frustrating at times, especially when it came to her motives of acting the way she did towards the male lead.
So, overall, five out of ten.

" The School Nurse's Files " was pretty quirky. It was like a magical realism book that you read and you don't know what's happening most of the time. But the main reason why I'm rating this with six stars out of ten is because the story felt rushed and unfinished. If this one has a second season, then the drama will probably worth seven stars for me. However, for this one, the story had potential, but it was moving too fast and a few things were actually explained, making things hard to follow and confusing.Other than that, the CGI were really good and didn't ruin the drama at all. The performances were also spot on, something that could have destroyed it, as the plot is pretty character centered.
So, overall, six out of ten.

" Like " was pretty much the typical Korean school web drama. There was romance, friendship, misunderstandings, and youthful vibes. The twist with the YouTube channel was a nice one, as it allowed the drama to add some small cases that were used for the videos that the students produced. However, it would have been nice if they had added more of those cases, as those dealt with themes that aren't easily explored by light web dramas. Another plus was the leading lady. Her character was a nice surprise, as she was not only interesting, but she dominated her scenes. The side characters were entertaining too, like the bromance between the two male leads.
However, the drama had some episodes that were boring, not only due to the excessive product placement, but also they just went on circles on what had already happened. The ending was a happy one though.
So, overall, five out of ten.

The story can be compared to boys over flowers, with the poor girl joining an elite school and being bullied by its prince. And even though the idea of it sounds entertaining, the drama managed to be silly and boring. There were many events and tropes that were repeated, like when the leading lady kept being accused of something that she hasn't committed by her teachers, being punished harshly in order to ask for forgiveness, but she does not, leading to her fainting and being rushed to the nearest infirmary. And that happened three times in the drama! The ex's story was underdeveloped as well and it wasn't easy, thus, to understand the male lead's character.
Nevertheless, there were some fun moments in this drama, even though the couple didn't have much romantic chemistry. Maybe they get better in the second season though. Finally, although the performances from the leads were decent, some side characters were not as good.
So, overall, three out of ten.

The first episodes were weird, with the whole "laundry fairy" and the way the two main characters meet. However, it does get better. The drama manages in such a short length to present not only the love story of the couple, but their past tragedies and some development when it came to their professional lives. The performances were good too, from every actor and actress of the cast. Also, the way the story was presented was interesting, with the whole note theme appearing between scenes, as the editing there was pretty great.
So, overall, five out of ten for this short drama.

The story is promising, for starts, with nice promises and that foodie drama vibe where you can't help it but drool over the food they are so 'deliciously' eating. The combination of the dishes with the historically inspired stories was spot on as well and masterfully handled.
However, the drama just stops in episode four. No conclusion, no ending, nothing. It was like, they just pulled the plug on it and left it there unfinished. And there were so many questions left unanswered, like, how the girl could go back in time, or who was that mysterious guy who was following her?
So, overall, four out of ten.
