Ao to boku had an odd story at first.

The cinematography and the way they directed and shot the drama were interesting and made the story more intense. However, I have to admit that looking back now, the actual mystery and story were not as thrilling as they were presented them to be.

But, the dark mood that the drama created was just perfect, as they wanted to presented the characters and their feeling in a deeper more rounder way.

Finally, the ending was really good and it gave a positive note to the whole drama.

So, seven out of ten.

I can't help but compare Cold Case: Shinjitsu no Tobira to the american version, as a big fan of the later. Honestly, it was better than I was expecting. The cases were good and interesting, and, especially, well acted. The leading lady was phenomenal as well. However, each episode, even though it started strongly, the intensity lessen towards the end and it, somehow, felt less. The final case was really good as well, but I do wish they explored the leading lady's character a bit more, as they had added her story in that case. So, overall, seven out of ten.

For me, if you've watched one, you've watched them all. Playfull kiss doesn't stray too much of the original story, though they did add some of the korean playfulness in it. There were some notes from the Princess's hour as well (see the stuffed bears in the end of the episodes). And it did start nicely, although, I must confess, I didn't expect much from the male lead. However, it was cute, even though the story was full of cliche and the leading lady was a silly, airheaded girl. But, the drama got boring halfway. It lost all the interesting chemistry that the couple had and the cat and dog game got tiring. So, overall, 5 out of 10 for playful kiss.

The second season of the love playlist series is as good as the first, and maybe a bit better. More characters are added to the cast, which helped to spice up the story, as the main plot followed the same characters. Also, the episodes were extended to twelve, even though the story followed the same pattern as before. The prefrormances from all the cast were really good, as well as the execution of the drama was very professional. Finally, the plot was heartwarming and cute, as well as a bit sad at times.

My only big problem with this movie was that everything happened in a heartbeat. Overall, it wasn't bad. The story wasn't something a fan of shoujo manga-movies hasn't seen before, but there were some solid potential for the love story, that otherwise was cute and funny. The acting was okay as well. The cinematography, in addition, was just good, as there were some "manga" moments here and there that were nicely combined with the rest of the plot. Finally, I have to point out that the poster of the movie had nothing to do really with the movie, as that scene never happened (maybe it happened in the mini drama ?? ) So, four out of ten.

You usually don't expect too much out of a movie adapted from a shoujo manga. Sure, it will have cheesy romance and innocent and cute moments, overacting with crazy goofs, but still, you have some standards. Standards that this movie doesn't live up to them. Not that the acting was bad. At least, the performances were nice. BUT, the story was so weak and so idiotic, as the big misunderstanding made no sense. Also, the manga references were too fake. Finally, though the romance was cute, it was too weak and had no chemistry involved. So, three out of ten, because of the poor execution.

The chinese widow seems like a promising movie. At first, the acting isn't that good and the CGI are awful but bareable. The scenes at the Chinese country side and the leading lady's life was interesting and eye catching. However, the story isn't as good as it should have been. Or, at least, the movie didn't excecute it well enough. The romance was quick and the ending even quicker. Actually, the ending was really bad. At least, some of the performances were good, but not all of them. So, 5 out of 10, because it was watchable but not as good as it should have been.

Honey is a classic school life manga based film. You get the innicent girl, the missunderstood boy, and their love story as they are struggling to be together. This one adds more to it, with the girl being in love with the man who raised her after her parents died. Plus, we get the local gang who are trying to hurt the lead and in order to get to him, they use his friends and our girl.
So, overall, if you like shoujo adaptions than you are going to like this one, as it was well made and the performances were really good. Also, the couple had chemistry.

Jang Geun Suk's official come back and he chose a drama where he is portaying a con artist who changes places with a procecutor. Unlike other crime solving dramas with many cases, this one focuses only on one vilain that is connected to the main character's past. So, not much are happening on the story front. There was a big twist towards the end, but not that it isn't easy to predict it. Overall, the story was just okay. When it comes to performances, the switching characters was interesting, though it got a bit tiring after a while, and Geun Suk was good in changing personalities as well. However, at some point, the two weren't that different. Again, the game between who's who, even though it was entertaining at the begining, it got a bit dull. The rest of the performances were really good as well.
Summing up, I think that Switch was just an okay drama and it was entertaining sometimes. Just, don't expect too much from it.

Marriage not dating is one of the classic korean drama with romantic theme. It is infused with the whole 10' trends, but, part from that (though nostalgic packed), the story is okay and entertaining. Sure, the clisse rich mother doesn't want the bride is all over this drama, but it has some fresh notes. Marriage not dating is actually a daring drama, with many themes that usually K dramas don't lay a finger on. Also, the performances were good from all the cast.
Now, about the things I didn't like: 1) the chemistry of the leading couple wasn't very intense as it should have been. 2) the girl was a bit off for the her role. Not the actress, who was excellent, but the character was a bit odd and didn't fit the story. She drank a lot ( a few scenes would have been sufficient to understand her, and not make her look like an alchoholic), she jumped from one guy to another (she claimed to be in love with the first guy, and, in episode 2 she wasn't anymore....), she was behaving like a child at times and she was kind of annoying. 3) at some point, the drama had a confusing point.
So, 5 out of 10.

Eulachacha Waikiki (odd title) isn't one of your typical k dramas. It is a comedy that is followed by romance. The funny parts are plenty and they continue till the very last episode. Actually, the comedy part is quite solide, without overtrying it or making seriously silly jokes. Then there is the romance. The love stories were okay, but they were not the main focus of the drama, rightfully at least, as they weren't that great. In addition, the performances were nice and they helped with the comedy part of the drama. Finally, the 20 episode length weren't tiring and it helped with the development of the story. So, 8 out of 10.

The story of a time traveller's wife isn't something new. And yet, this drama manages to keep the interest high throughout the sixteen episodes. The drama starts kind of odd, with the guy meeting with the girl, and saving her from an accident. We then discover slowly his secret and her past. Sure, they get married very quickly, so if you're looking for a slow built romance, maybe this one isn't for you. The drama focuses more on the mysteries of the future, on the bad guy in the office and on trying to figure out how to change one's fate. The performances, moreover, were really good and the side stories, even though they were few and had only a few minutes airing time, were cute and entertaining. So, 8 out of 10, only because some things were left unexplained, but the twist in the end was amazing.

One can say only one thing for sure about this drama and that is that the actors can eat. I never actually got the eating deliciously thing that apparently in Korea is a thing, but I finally got it. The actress can really eat deliciously. She does seem to enjoy every bite and more than that it makes you want to eat with her as well. So, this drama can really make you hungry. At the same time, the friendship dynamics between the neighbors were pretty nice and interesting to follow, though the romance was kind of slow and only happened towards the ending. The whole mystery thing was nice as well, although the food was more of the star of the show rather than that. So, all in all, a nice drama, but not a memorable one.

Though the story isn't something that you haven't seen before, it manages to deliver. It is quite enjoyable actually, with the romance actually pretty good, mainly because the couple had chemistry. The first episodes were a bit of a let down, with the story progressing slowly and some of the characters being very annoying. The story, fortunately, picked up. Even the final episode was quite interesting, which is quite rare for a K drama, as they usually sum up the story two episodes before the ending. Finally, the performances were okay from all the actors and the side stories were entertaining as well.

Why you should watch this drama and actually enjoy it?? For the SM idols of course. Other than that, the drama is just, well, boring. To be honest, I'm still trying to finish it, while picking up It's okay its love (note, SM idol again plays in it). However the story does not appeal to me, so it's hard to keep watching it after the third episode. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of any of the idol groups of SM, and I didn't really recognise any of them easily, so, for me, this drama is just like any others. The story sounds okay, though the first episode doesn't really explain why the girl chose to dress up as a boy and attend the school. It was hinted that she may have a crush on the lead actor, but she actually hasn't, as it is revealed through the next episodes. She just admires him and wants to help him. Her acting though isn't that good, and the situations where she almost has her identity revealed, which should have been funny and awkward, are just bad. To top that, the romance is bleak, with the two actors showing no attraction for one another. Maybe the only thing that kept me going was actor Hyun-woo Lee, who's one of my favourites, though he even couldn't save this drama. So 2 out of 10. PS for all those of you who want to watch the drama for EXO, they appear for probably ten seconds in the second episode, so don't even bother.
