Ok now I understand the criticism of the mother. When she show up on screen I am reminded of Princess Pingning (Story of minglan) and how toxic and unlikable of a mother she was. I’m sure she is nice in reality but the characters she played are really off putting. Though I liked the lead actors this isnot a good start lol

Episode 13 is mostly transitional phase. It focused on Xiao Wu and Lin Sa, not much on the annoying Yu Yu.Hope Lin San makes the correct choice for herself and not external influence.
