Just watched the last episode and it was as ridiculous as I could imagine! (ending spoilers ahead)
Fl's plans yet again end up becoming a shit show! So right when ml is going to lose his head, princess comes to argue a case with ml as the witness! what case? ml's mother! (few episodes ago the ex wife of the good for nothing brother spilled the tea on her poisoning)
So turns out ml's mother was the powerful guy's crush! but married the general to keep her safe from the palace dramas! Anyways ml's mother was poisoned to death and they told that guy that the good for nothing is her child... (they robbed ml his powerful backer)
So why did I say it ends up as a shit show?? after the good for nothing brother killed himself, the old lady (first madam whatever you call her) gets a knife on fl's throat... Here we go again... fl needs someone to save her! (kicked the madam but still worked) the uncle saved her, and ml continues to be useless...
maybe cause it's only 8 episodes and it's short! although each episode's duration is listed as 25 minutes, with the whole wasted time on preview and last episode summary and the opening intro, each episode is roughly 15 minutes! which is mostly filled nothingness lol tbh I would've dropped it if this wasn't the case!
how did she even find her at the restaurant? (I thought maybe Tora tipped her off so she would ruin their relationship)(that…

I as well looked forward to the yakuza side of the story and I got so excited that they revealed it early on yet nothing much happened! It felt like ml lost his brain cells when he started dating fl!

By far this is the most pathetic revenge drama I've ever seen!
I was hoping the leads join hands in revenge but by 21st episode looks like someone needs to save ml!! since 13th episode when they cleared the secrets I expected some teamwork! but the princess plot started...(fl still keeping ml in the dark regarding her plans) And it kinda annoys me that looks like ml has become a total lackey to fl.. how did he survive battles? lost brain cells at war? ML is the least powerful heir I'd ever seen! All these years he couldn't build connections to save his ass from the powerful guy that supported his good for nothing brother!
The saddest fate for anyone is having to wait for fl to save them!! through out the drama did any of her plans work flawlessly?? she should just leave and move on!! she stayed alive just because she is the main character! otherwise she should've lost her head for her lie and deceiving royal family! (I mean the fake wall incident)
I'm gonna say one thing though!
