Omg 24 episodes?? Wow, That’s a lot for a BL (or censored ”BL” or whatever) I guess I need to check this out … I just hope Wu Bi won’t be as toxic as Gu Hai haha!
I might get hated for this, but Park Shin Hye is a bad on screen kisser in my opinion, and all dramas I watched with her she has no chemistry with any of the MLs, (Ofc haven’t watched every single drama she’s been in) maybe Lee Jong Suk (Pinocchio) is the only exception she has great chemistry with. I fear her kissing Will still suck in this drama , especially now because she’s married, so she might not want to properly kiss in respect for her husband. But Ofc I could be Wrong! And her chemistry with Park Hyung Shik could turn out really good! She might pleasantly surprise me~
I don’t dislike Park Shin Hye, I still respect her as an actress and I’m happy for her that she continues acting after marriage and a kid (some actresses stops acting after marriage / kids, or takes a very long break from it). Its just that so far when it comes to the romance parts, PSH hasn’t been that great at it in my opinion with exception Pinnochio. I’m looking forward to this drama, who knows if she is excellent in this drama she might become one of my favorite korean drama actresses!

This will air on cable channel jTBC /+ Netflix (less censorship then ) around 10:30 PM in Korea (I think..Anyways 10:30 is late ) , maybe that means it will be a more mature/steamy drama ❤️🔥 also i heard once that wednesday - Thursday dramas , Friday - Saturday dramas are more ’adult’don’t know if its true tho .. this will air Wed-Thu. Another thing , same writer as 2011 romantic drama ”Scent of a Woman” which was really steamy for a Kdrama! So maybe this will also be a quite mature/steamy kdrama too
ML and FL reincarnation of their past selves from Joseon dynasty? I know many don’t like that because its a quite common trope, but I love it! It gives the epic/soulmate/destiny kind of feeling for me. But trope I don’t really like; FLs ranked lowest in their job , thus being treated like crap (i hate work abuse ) while MLs is successful and popular at their job, Which is the case in this drama

Gone with the wind is epic, but I did not like the love story between Rhett and Scarlett. Did not like how Scarlett was in love with someone else and didn’t seem to love Rhett until towards the ending , also I didn’t like her bitchy personality but Rhett wasn’t exactly unproblematic either. Hopefully the love story here in My Dearest Will be much better! :)
This drama is far from perfect but I totally buy into the OTP, they have my heart and That’s What matters the most since this is romance. I ship them so hard and I adore Gu Won, how he has developed for the better and now he is totally a walking green flag <3 and I love how head over heels in love he is with Sarang! I don’t think I seen Another drama Where ML is more in love than him… if there are any dramas out there Where ML is just as much in love as him , then plz recommend me :))
