I first saw him in I've Fallen for You with Esther Yu. If you haven't seen it I recommend it. I thought it was a cute drama.

Allen Ren supposedly has a no kissing clause in his contract.

In Beauty of Resilience he looks like the younger version of Allen Ren but taller and more handsome. This is the first drama of his I've watched. Hope to see him in more projects as leading man.

I stopped a few min into episode 2. I love Xu Kai and this is the first drama of his I can't continue. It's not what I expected at all. I had such high hopes. lol.

I'm a big Xu Kai fan but this drama is not for me. I was on episode 2 and had to stop. It is beyond cheesy and acting seems subpar.

When this was in post-production I did hear it was going to be in 2 parts. You're right, they must have cut a lot to truncate to just 40 episodes. Also, fans of Deng Wei were complaining that a lot of his scenes were cut.

Can someone explain the ending to me...she woke up in TTJ's family burial vault in her demon wedding dress. TTJ drugged her wine and she's been asleep the entire time? Her ascending to godhood and believing that she destroyed the mass weapon of destruction and killing TTJ was just a dream? TTJ sacrificed himself but not in front of her?

Just saw the trailer. Looks really good. Edward Guo is a great director imo, despite his past controversies.

I thought she looked familiar in Romance of a Twin Flower. Now I remember her from A Dream of Splendor. She's very pretty.

Mu Yan killed the real Crown Prince to assume his identity. It was part of his plan to ruin Qian Kingdom.

I hope this drama will be better than the last two for PXR. She hasn't been in anything good (the drama not her acting) since Goodbye My Princess.
