I think you're right that they may have left out some scenes on the cutting floor due to regulations on the # of episodes they're allowed to have so it seems a bit abrupt and choppy. I'm happy for the happy ending but just wanted to better understand how they got there. lol.

I can't believe I've just binged through the first 12 episodes and can't wait for more. I dropped Heroes. Couldn't get into the storyline. Gave this Fox Volant a try and it is far superior to Heroes. I think it's safe to say it will be the best wuxia of 2022. I recommend all wuxia fans give this a drama a try.
