Storyline sounds very similar to Journey of Flower. Not very surprising since plagiarism is rampant in Cdrama industry. Kind of hesitant to check this out since I've never been a fan of FL.
Just started watching A League of Nobleman. This is the first work of Jing Bo Ran I've seen. Am loving the drama and WOW Jing Bo Ran is so elegant and handsome! Swooning over him rn 😂
I was able to finish this drama with the help of the fast forwarding button and the star power of Dylan Wang. Lol. It was OK but not a drama I'd want to revisit.
I'm so sad. I haven't liked any show she has acted in, and I know it has nothing to do with her.
I liked her in Ashes of Love but I have dropped every single one of her drama where she's the main lead, with the exception of Unchained Love, which I am currently watching. Imo she's not a good female lead. She's cute but her best work has always been as a second lead.
I must admit I didn't find her a stunning beauty at first, but something about the way she carries herself is…
I don't really see what others see when they say she's "beautiful" or "gorgeous". I don't think she is. Her appearance looks natural (which is a good thing). Doesn't seem like she's gone under the knife like other actresses. Other than this she's a good actress.
After putting this on hold for so long, I finally watched it.... and I've become Li Xian's fan!! Late to the party,…
Yes to everything you mentioned here. Go Go Squid was never on my radar. Just decided to pick this up last week while waiting for more episodes of current dramas. The only previous work of Li Xian's I've seen was Sword Dynasty (awful). I, too became smitten with him and his role as Han Shangyan 😍😂 Sooo handsome!
The last 2 min of the last episode explains it and his real identity. It's a twist I did not see coming.
This is a story within a story twist. In their "real life", she ended up with the real Mao Xiaojun so the question of how he obtained birth cert and ID is moot. He did not die in the fire as in the story. The story/book shows Xiaojun with a different face and as a diff character but the real Xiaojun has the face of Xiao Wudi. That's where the twist comes in at the end as she explains it.
Yep. I said the same things about RJL in my review. LQ was able to interpret her role well when it comes to their…
I haven't seen all his dramas but very funny about his hands in his pockets. I know the particular scene you're talking about...she had her hand on his face and he looks at her with no emotions whatsoever. His expression was more like "are you ok? why so emotional" 😂 Geez. I hope he can work on his craft a little more when he's not shooting. I heard he has a no kissing clause on his contract. Not sure how true this is. Maybe this is one of the reasons why he's such a cold fish when it comes to a love scene 🤷🏻♀️
