i'm sorry to say this too, but you don't need to concern about Bright’s acting skill, because this isn't his…
I hope they do read the comments and that they have the intellectual capacity to discern what's constructive criticism and what's hate so that they can fine-tune their craft and be fulfill their dreams. Sure, there'll always be 'haters', but people respectfully offering their input (even it's a little negative) isn't really bad imo. But I definitely don't think it's boiling down to people just hating on Bright because it's a fad or something. On the contrary, the overwhelming majority seems to love him, but a lot people are just criticizing some valid points.

But one would presume that as an actor...the last thing you would want to come off as is-is fake though, right? It could be a matter of direction or some other factor, but in his other series' his acting is also kinda shaky...except for I Sea U. He's alright in that one...aside from the dark blonde hair and blue eye contacts. LOL
It's low budget, short, and with fresh actors. Taking all that into account, I liked it. A succinct story was presented without too much awkwardness or difficulty. I definitely prefer this one to My Friendship, which has one of the lead actors (Mon/Neung) and one of the supporting actors (Oak/Tui) as the leads. I enjoy the acting of both Mon and Oak, maybe Mon a little more so, but that could be because he tends to have the heavier focus. I look forward to seeing more of the both of them, though.
What it lacked in budget, it made up for in acting skills (especially on the part of the actor who played Bank). However, if the story had just been a bit more finely tuned before being put into production, we could have gotten a real diamond in the rough of a low-budget short film/mini series. Lack of better understanding of the background of the characters (in spite of the length of it) is what really lowered my rating.
And I could be wrong, but I think conversation in the shower (in the uncut version) may have given a hint to the twist toward the end of the story. I don't speak Thai, but I've been a gay male for long enough to be able to read some of the cues. lol
" white-worshiping colorist thailand would." what do you mean?
Oh, wait, SINGTO! haha He's probably the best example, but yeah, we definitely don't see too many guys who have Ngern's (Earn from Lovesick/Nam from Water Boyy) features in the lead roles of Thai BLs and I think we should and maybe we will in the near future.

What do you mean by 'naturally', exactly? Because I feel like it's coming off as awkward/emotionless at best and fake at worst for a lot of people. That's not exactly my personal feeling, but it's not difficult to see why people say things like that.
What happens? (I just started to watch but I want one spoiler how it happened, please)
Yu Shi Gu dies in a car accident in the second to last episode and the last episode is very sad. However, this couple does make a cameo in the last episode of the Japanese miniseries Life Senjou No Bokura where they're both alive and happy, so that's the ending I and many others choose to accept. haha
Did you read any of the comments? LOL The level of pettiness Chinese netizens are at will never be surpassed...ever.…
I feel like the government doesn't mind as long as the show isn't Chinese and it isn't fueling the LGBT community in China. 2gether definitely isn't doing that. It's just another 'foreign craze' that young girls are currently obsessing over.
