I personally fully agree with you on your take on Omegaverse. You put perfectly into words what I’ve been struggling with. Years back I’ve tried reading some omegaverse manga but quickly realized that it’s basically thinly veiled excuse for heterosexuality.

I couldn’t agree more! It felt so lonely going through all those splendid reviews and not being able to connect. I wanted to love this story and I liked the acting itself but I simply couldn’t connect with the character or the story. The pacing seemed weird and clunky. I loved the first two episodes and I personally thought the story would continue in a way that lets Ai explore and learn more about May and her relationship with Oom and try to figure out if May somehow was involved in Ooms accident but that wasn’t it at all. Overall I found it kind of boring and I still need to watch the last two episodes…

It’s not really gonna get better or pick up speed imo. It’s somewhat watchable on 1.5x speed but if you have no problems dropping shows, I’d say drop it..

I love this pilot trailer so much! This is probably my most anticipated GMM show out of the whole 2025 lineup, which is surprising considering how many unique shows and bl sub genres GMM decided try their hands on this time. This looks like such a typical rom-com and yet, somehow, I just can’t stop re-watching the trailer! I didn’t even know it was Jojo’s but it kinda makes sense bc I usually adore his works and they really tend to stand out imo.
