Don’t worry I think the author knows what she’s doing. It’s kinda the main plot point here that the imbalance of their career/earning is what shaking their relationship. For Kiyoi, working hard and earn enough for Hira to never have to worry about life is the goal but for Hira, He felt like a burden. Smth they need to talk and understand each other. Hira doesn’t stay jobless, boy is talented himself but he’s too negative to try.
To those who read the novel, what does Hira do for a living after college? Kioyi is a model/actor of course. But…
Kiyoi will get more and more popular and earning a lot, by book 2 he’s basically Hira’s sugar daddy since Hira is like his house husband lol but Hira still do photograph tho he just lack of confidence to work. I haven’t look at book 3 but I heard from reader that Hira will join contest or smth to boost his career as photographer.
Never wrote drama/movie review before since i’m more of a silence viewer and I don’t speak english but this drama is making tempting to write one. I will wait until the last episode to see how they will execute the ending to drop a review here ✌🏻 So far, It’s already the first romance drama that gave me a lot of excitement from first episode.
Oh, and I want to add that it struck me as uber ironic that Americans criticized the machine gun fantasy. Um,…
I want to add that yeah to this, I felt uncomfortable for this scene only bc I think people will criticize it but for me in an Asian country where gun isn’t legal, I have never seen one irl or even saw a police pointing one. So a gun can be taken lightly in form of fiction here.
Personally think this mini drama deserves an award for being so intense and addictive that even people who HATE it still run head first to watch every week just to negatively interpret it and lecture others lmao
Instead of romance, it is like both of them are personifications of each others greatest desire. For one it is…
I think that’s the starting point of this relationship, childish attraction between 2 teenagers because they are what each other need. This is why Book 1 (Utsukushii Kare) is all about this obsession and unhealthy attraction and less romance while the real romance development between them as adults start from Book 2 (Nikurashii Kare) and book 3 and so on.
I have a question, would people still be offended by this show if kiyoi would be smaller looking? Because when…
I saw these comments around and making my eyes twitch. First of all, the stereotype of only tiny girly gay be bottom is gross and annoying, and they treat those dude like a girl that’s why they think it’s okay to be violent for no reason to the top because it’s cute. For kicking scene, Hira kinda ask for it to pull a drunk man to talk to him when he’s already irritated.
It is always like that, people like less Jdrama in general, mostly because they are not with make up and fashionate…
I like Jdrama for years bc of hairstyle idk why lol everyone seems to be styled different and it’s part of their character. They styled to be different, not to be pretty and all the same as everyone else.
OH GOD, you are amazing. This is what i`ve been waiting to see today. I am so nervious, i`ll go see it know.
Not much different from short version lol just more scenes to imply that hand lock is happening in their old school (real or imagination) and lot of tension 🥶
Drama followed the CD until half of ep 5. The part with Koyama story is completely rewritten in drama. In CD Koyama…
Well he was less irritating in CD cuz he didn’t get to stop HiraKiyo from living together 😂 only cause them to talk abt their feeling later. I can tolerate that
