First one at graduation he was panicking and from Hira’s POV he threw him but from Kiyoi’s POV he was just pushing him away and Hira fell from his own shock (as described in novel CD, Kiyoi’s POV is the real one) and another one was when they were both drunk and Hira was pulling his arms forcing him to stay so he got kicked. I don’t see kiyoi ever intending to harm Hira on purpose but I still would like to see his apologize and rethink abt his past behavior like the novel lol

It’s not just fluff bl tbh even when the drama is complicated and well written plot they also can pick points to hate on it for being not fluff and pure enough. It’s more of people not knowing how to leave things alone if it’s not for their taste.

Since the drama is different from the manga, this part of counting down doesn’t exist in manga. It could also mean he’s just thinking back of how they went through a lot of be together and now they already been together for 14 months.

Never know a series can be so hated for being simple. If we want to talk about cliche, it’s literally every romcom both gay and het drama that followed cliche. It’s only 2 episodes out and people already called it “formulaic” I think this word is better to describe the one other drama that came before this one.
Kaneda is socially awkward bc he moved from a countryside and inexperienced in relationship, I don’t think he’s low in intelligence as some people are saying.

It seems to be a long way for Yanase to fall in love and accept his feeling even tho he kissed Yanase first it was more of his habit of sleeping around in the past and just go with anyone confessing to him lol, while Kaneda already fell for him hard more than just as a god. I feel like the drama makes me like the characters more than the manga already since they are played out to feel more real.

I guess it’s more depend on genre bc the one i watched was also recent drama, for example for romcom both het and gay Jdrama barely had any intimacy while more serious genre would have like novelist or my beautiful man. I’m also a big fan of faithful adaptation but some source material that aren’t novel has too less details to be interpreted by real person. As long as it doesn’t change story, little additional part like fukokiss did actually make manga readers like me more excited to see part that we don’t already read lol
