Why the hell are people blaming his acting for an editting error! And just because he has a script on him doesn't make him a bad actor, a lot of actors (irrelevant of how big they are) have their scripts with them when they are on set.

Yes, omg this comment section. You can see how much effort he puts into his work and how good his acting is just from the bts footage, especially of his fight scenes. His aura and everything changes when he is acting. You can tell his roles apart when he is playing the protagonist and the villain just from his expressions alone.

I know what Destiny is Demon is and what drama Immortality is, and I know that Chen Feiyu is the ML for both dramas. I've waited for years for Immortality to release (after reading the novel) I was just very confused by this comment section talking about Immortality as if it had already released. I haven't watched Destiny is Demon but I realised they were talking about Destiny is Demon from the fact that Liu Yunning sung the OST for it. I was just making sure that that is what they were talking about because like the other person who replied after me, I also had a mini heart attack thinking Immortality has finally released.

I hate that they got rid of Prince Annan, the second he got his memories back he reverted back to Jin'an. I really thought they would go the political route, it would have been such a good ending for them all.

Instead episode 37 and beginning of 38 had a really weird and unnecessary death. I was wondering why the emperor didn't just banish her, why the hell did he have to give her an empress funeral, it was so weird.

The dramas weren't filmed back to back, at least not all of them. LOTFG was delayed in airing. They're just all releasing back to back.

I thought this was confirmed to release at the end of June, around the same time as the second season of Yang Zi's drama. I came to see how many episodes released since I haven't seen any clips of the episodes posted anywhere. It hasn't released yet! 😭 😭 😭

I thought that too. It's just that a lot of Cdramas have the kids forgive the shitty parents because of their whole obsession with filial piety. I was so happy that she didn't forgive her mother simply for censorship reasons such as going against family values. There are some cdramas Ik that they made the kids forgive the shitty parents even though the kids didn't forgive the parents in the novel such as in Story of Kunning Palace.

I am so HAPPY that she didn't forgive her mother. I thought it would be like Go Ahead where the mother is forgiven because of the whole filial piety thing that is so annoying. I am surprised this dramas wasn't as obsessed with it, ngl I didn't think such a thing would pass Chinese censorship. But I am so relieved and happy with the ending of this drama.

That's how I also interpreted Ak Hee. Because it's set in a historical setting you can easily assume that if a person has multiple personalities, the problematic personality would likely be considered a demon possessing the person. At the end of the drama Sajo Hyun becomes a lot like Ak Hee so Ak Hee sort of just merges into Sajo Hyun.

Will this ever air? I heard TJC's drama has officially been cancelled (before it could even air), I really hope this drama actually releases, same with Immortality 😭.

Well damn 😐. How about the movie?

Didn't realise I've watched just about every drama he is in. He plays such random support roles sometimes, other times his support role is the straight up SML. I can't believe he only played the main lead once so far. Love his role so far in Princess Royale (haven't finished it yet). I really want him to play the main lead role in a costume drama, in Perfect Match WXY is the main ML so that doesn't count.

No, the FL had yet to travel to the past. The ML (in the present 2023) does not contact her because he didn't want to change how they met. He had to be missing for a year because he knew that it was within this time she first goes back to the past and he meets her in 1998. They do not know who the killer is until much later in the series, towards the end.

Him not contacting her is entirely because he wanted her to still go to 1998 and meet him as she did in his timeline, otherwise the 1998 he knew would not have happened.

This entire drama is a time loop.

I had no idea this was a remake of Someday or One Day. I haven't watched the Taiwanese drama yet, I've been putting it off for years, I hope it has a better ending than this drama.
