I dunno why but I think the guy in black hunts the wrong person to avenge his wife's death. I feel that it wasn't…
Oh my! I was thinking the same thing too. I felt that way ever since he delivered the information to the guy in black on behalf of Seung Joo. The way he’s been shown kind of thinking on his own about the guy’s wife made me feel he’s tied to it in a way that Seung Joo isn’t aware of.
I just wish however that the guy in black is stopped from hounding SJ. He obviously doesn’t care about the consequences of his actions and he is dead set on killing SJ. I hate how he’s stronger than her and uses that to his advantage.
As a reporter Jia Li seriously has no objectivity. Even if she sympathizes with the family of the victim, she shouldn’t declare a guilty verdict via the media. What is even more amazing to me is the fact that she doesn’t realize she has no objectivity. It reminds me of the media here in America.
I love this drama. It really makes me upset though how she is hounded by that guy in black. It’s very disturbing to me and I often think of the movie Enough where the victim turned the tables on the bully. Whatever grievances he has he shouldn’t go about getting his so call justice this way. It’s time for Seung Joo to fight back.
I liked the male lead older version from the start and then I fell so hard for his younger self. This is the first time I loved both male characters although they’re suppose to be the same character. :D One of the most poignant scene for me is when his younger self learned of Ji Soo’s “true” thoughts about him in ep 8 before he returned to the place he belonged. I cried while watching that scene. It was a nice show. Lots of tears but I liked it.
"self centered idiot"?! she's been working all her life to support her lazy brother and her mean mother who never…
While the female lead in Misty is mostly admired, she did hurt a lot people. You said this female lead is whiny and self-centered but I find the Misty lead extremely selfish. I still can’t believe she had an abortion to save her career and she was married to booth. I couldn’t believe how nonchalantly she took it too. That’s the epitome of self-centered. While I found her character extremely strong, there were many things I found her morally depraved about even while she tries to justify by saying the ends justify the means. So you’re right, it must really be perspective.
Haha. I’ve been suspecting him since episode 4. When it comes to affairs, spouses are the most likely suspect…
Yes, I figure jealousy. Actually, I wouldn’t have suspected TW if he hadn’t reacted upset when he saw his wife with Kevin in the car. The way he treated his wife it pretty much seemed like the love was dead.
However, as soon as I saw him following her car and getting upset when she met Kevin, I thought he was pretty capable of acting irrationally which could lead to bad things. And I suspected him first. And that was the end of episode 4. I was hoping he didn’t go that far but I have to admit I can’t shake suspecting him.
The brothers are hilarious. They make me laugh so much. I like that they’re so different but get along. The show overall is enjoyable. Even the interactions between grandpa and the older brother are entertaining.
oh no, Tae Wook, you idiot &coward! he now gives me the creeps. why did he frame Hye Ran? or did he lose the brooch…
Haha. I’ve been suspecting him since episode 4. When it comes to affairs, spouses are the most likely suspect in murders involving infidelity. The first person I suspected was him and my second choice went to Eun Joo. Both were acting emotionally disturbed that night and both meet the MO for those types of murders.
That would not be shocking though because in crimes like these the most likely suspects are the spouses. I am only on episode 5 and I already wondered if Tae Wood is the killer because he would be typical as the murderer even if he has been portrayed as upright. I only came here to find out if I was right.
I just started watching this and they keep dissing the older news anchor and to me she looks more sophisticated and beautiful than the younger female anchor. I keep wondering if the viewers that watch their news are blind. But maybe they prefer young and innocent looking anchors.
Mi Qiao has shattered my heart. She’s such a lovely character. I do like the others as well but perhaps Mi Qiao hits me this hard because she sees how precious each moment of life is and I love how cheerful she is in spite of her circumstances. BenBen is another one whom I love because most people would probably run away or not get attached to a situation like Mi Qiao’s but he is truly is a friend to her.
The lead character gets beat up so many times. It’s hard for me to watch that especially when I see the hand he’s been dealt from a young age. I hope he gets his life back.
If you do decide to watch it and the ending scene in the credits confuses you, please feel free to send me a message on here and I can share the explanation with you about how it fits in with the story. I understand the director also clarified the purpose of the scene.
