Undoubtedly because the poster thinks they know better than the Korean legal system, despite evidence, 'victim' admitting what she did, etc. Just blind prejudice. Don't bother.
You don't like HONG BIN????? OMGWell, I guess different strokes etc. I'm all about VIXX, myself.I'm not sure how…
I don't think she's ACTUALLY his aunt. But often Koreans will call friends of their mothers 'auntie', etc. Now, we know she was a toddler when our lead guy had his weird experience 20-25 (forget) years ago - so she's definitely only in her mid-late 20s.
I love the main couple & the 2nd FL but not the 2nd ML, why did he called her auntie though?
You don't like HONG BIN????? OMG Well, I guess different strokes etc. I'm all about VIXX, myself. I'm not sure how long he's known her - nor how OLD she really is. Rather tantalizing....
it would have been funny if the 17 yo in her head had a crush on Chan... my 17 yo self would probably have lmao…
It's understandable how she'd crush on her ahjussi - cause teens DO that - but it would have been more interesting to have her crush on the OTHER 17 year old there LOL
Oh, dear. There are SO many out there that are much more absurd. Science IS working RIGHT NOW on AI's - that'…
I think overall the only absurdity there was the invincibility of Robot Shin - his strength is believable, the ability to mimic a human is as well. The overall story has some of the usual tropes found in many other dramas (Korean or otherwise) - not related to AIs or robots. But the way they handled the whole 'what does it mean to be human' thing was extremely well done. I've seen a lot of robot/android films/shows, and I've read a ton. This was not handled absurdly at all and I really don't see why you say it was. It's NOT absurd to suppose a human woman could fall in love with a humanoid AI at ALL - given that said AI was realistic enough to pass AS human! In fact, it's just rubbish to say that IS absurd!
Beautifully put. We are on the path to making androids like this in fact (25/50/75 years - who knows...) and will…
Except he was powering down after taking off the watch. Now, yes, bullets WOULD do something to a real android - maybe what they'd do to a car but still! & seawater? But, you know, it's fiction... even if it's SF it's still taking LOTS of logic leaps LOL!
A relationship between a human and a robot? That's one of the most absurd plots i've ever encountered.
No, it's not at all. This is an android, an AI. BLADE RUNNER - you think THAT was absurd? I guess Data is not your fav Star Trek character. You must have HATED Bicentennial Man. Not to mention SEVERAL animes - I think Time of Eve is the best one. Sheesh.
one of the most absurd drama i've ever watched....
Oh, dear. There are SO many out there that are much more absurd. Science IS working RIGHT NOW on AI's - that' ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE - and on robots that look, move, have facial recognition and can mimic emotions. It's all over the Internet. We will have androids like this in the near future. I expect the ones that look like humans will often be sex-bots, whether you like it or not - I'm certain because something like the android in Absolute Boyfriend would make a huge amount of money (if & when the production costs can be kept down). The Japanese will of course market one first (& it will be a full size Dolfie Dream no doubt) cause they are ACTIVELY trying to produce one! Robots that do remote viewing to hospitals from remote areas are already a thing. Phone bots are a thing & I expect you've talked to them. They are being constantly tinkered with to upgrade them. What exactly do you think Echo & Alexa are, anyway? And that's only the beginning! I've seen a number of amazing breakthroughs for robot hardware - little 'dog' robots that can walk with soldiers & carry equipment, robots that jump, robot exo-skeletons to make soldiers stronger - I'm on Military.com cause I'm retired Navy so see this kind of thing regularly. The Bionic Man is not fictional anymore, & it looks like Gundam won't be soon. I guess you truly don't understand science fiction at all.
If the robot has the capacity to lift tons of weight then why the hell did the mother died trying to save the…
She acted instinctively - she knew RoboShin couldn't move yet (go re-watch if you missed that part) and she just in that split second tried shielding him without thinking logically. Happens. Shows she did think of him like a son. I agree, she SHOULD have used Shin III to shield herself! I expect SHIN III wishes she had - he's thinking he's failed his programming cause he couldn't move quick enough to just do it. It's quite a well- written little sequence in fact.
1. The watch has nothing to do with the kill switch, The kill switch is inside his body like some kind of bomb.…
Oh, but it was very clearly stated earlier that powering him down would put the kill switch on hold. There was nearly a whole episode about it. Shin III SAID David fixed him, BTW.
Anyone! Please, do you mind to explain to me a couple of things I didn't get?- How NS3 survived? I get that by…
Uh, made of titanium - getting shot didn't hurt him. He's not human - still an android/AI. David fixed the kill switch problem and added extras (like the ability to cry). Let's hope this carries out to other parts of his anatomy, just saying LOL He fell in the water BECAUSE he took off his watch. It takes a bit for him to go off line. Although they COULD have had his eyes do that thing... In KDramas that year is obligatory LOL LOL LOL

Not entirely sure I'd call Hong Bin an 'actor' just yet LOL LOL LOL but he's awfully pretty!
