I don't agree - up until the end of episode 5 OJG has been totally likeable, as in he's funny & clueless, on the road to getting a clue. And guess what - I was completely upset with EVERYBODY in episode 5. It wanted to be a feel-good episode but massive fail there!

I see you've totally missed the reading of Oh Jin Gyu's character as presented by the writers - well, presented up thru the end of episode 5 anyway. He's NOT written as you interpret. He's thoughtless but very very far from horrible. Certainly he's redeemable & in fact was being redeemed - can you try to remember that the racing was BEFORE he met her? He tried to kill himself because of his horrid family in fact. He immediately on finding out about the kid in hospital offers reparation (acting as if monetary reparation in that case is negligible is simply nonsense). In fact, Kang Soo going after Jin Gyu so diligently really HURT Dan Ah, since predictably Jin Gyu's horrible father immediately cut him off.
No, this drama looked like it was going to be a cute story of these two (Dan Ah & Kang Soo) redeeming Jin Gyu, which leads to him helping stop that horrible mother from ruining the neighborhood. But of course not, the writers are doing a 180 turn and I'm out of here until I hear that's not happening.

Oh, I wasn't disagreeing w/you that there's a similarity - except for the eyes! I have to admit I collect BJDs (ball jointed dolls) & they do sculpts that look like Hallyu actors (& others) from time to time. I've been looking for a JJ sculpt, & have a doll that looks like JCW - so I've put some thought into it LOL

So if we go w/number of votes, it's really Lee Joon Ki & Seo In Guk at #4/5 , Gong Yoo & So Ji Sub at #6/7, Nam Joo Hyuk & Seo Kang Joon at #8/9 & then 4 tied for tenth place. Cause that's how this works in reality. I wondered where So Ji Sub & Seo In Guk could possibly be & now I know - they beat out half the actors listed.
Although Ji Chang Wook definitely belongs at #1 LOL

The writers are boomeranging his character, tho :( Sad to say. I'm hoping that your prediction is correct tho.

I will delete the statement about you being crazy - that was uncalled for when it's the writers I think are nuts anyway. But other than that, you have no right to tell me to shut up anymore than I have the right to tell you that. I can explain why I don't agree with you in very articulate terms (which somehow you construe as immature LOL) but I have absolutely no right to tell you to delete your comment!

I really hope & trust you are correct. It would be such a depressing drama if they really do make him evil!

I hated this episode - as much for how they took a great thing (all the delivery guys working together against injustice) & turned it into something that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, I can't back anyone in this episode. Jin Gyu IS NOT that bad of a guy! His FATHER, that girl's MOTHER - they are horrible! The way that Jin Gyu is soooo upset he can't pay back our girl - & it looks like from previews that SHE'S going to turn noble & stupid instead of TAKING the money he OWES her - I mean, I just can't. This looks like a train wreck of something that started so sweet & charming. I want to give these people WRITING lessons, OMG & for the record, I've the credentials to do that....

It's all up to the writers - & right now I'm afraid they are doing a total 180 turn for the worse. This could have been such a delightful little drama, & now I'm sure it's just going to deteriorate into a cliched-ridden run of the mill story of how the locals team up against corporate power, when there could have been such a refreshing story of a young careless rich kid learning how the other half lives & getting a clue about life. I'm so sad. I'll put off watching more of this until I find out whether that's really the writers' plan or if we are being faked out. Really hoping its a big fake-out....

These WRITERS made him out to be very sympathetic, just thoughtless - they also CLEARLY showed him being abused. The way everyone treated him just totally played right into the hands of that awful mother - she's delighted of course. Our deliveryman recognized part of his error when he apologized to the girl - he didn't realize the guy owed her money, of course, but if he'd just waited a day, say, she'd have been paid. Sorry. Again if the writers are doing a 180 flip on OJG I'm outta here - that kind of lazy stupid writing is guaranteed to make me hate a drama/film/book. And YOU totally miss the entire point of what's upsetting so many of us - it is lazy WRITING.
BTW - do you not understand the difference between revenge & reparation? Cause OJG would have been up for reparation if certain persons weren't so out for revenge. Just saying.
This episode was about as far from a feel-good as I can think of for what's supposed to be a 'feel good' fun little drama. I'm so upset at how this is being ruined :(

I adore both JCW & JJ :D But JCW is the better actor while JJ sings better (although each of them does both REALLY well! Changmin is not as beautiful as JCW but I do see a similarity, have to admit! Of course, I can't think off hand of any guy as beautiful as JCW.... LOL

Oh, this is becoming very very funny - I love the direction it's going in! I just hope the writers can keep the energy going cause this is so much fun!

LOL Main leading guy is Kim Jae Joong, sweetie. I guess you are reallly really young, or just started watching KDramas, that you don't know who HE is LOL JJ's eyes are different from Ji Chang Wook, BTW.
Anyway, yeah, Wook is gone for MS now but JJ's thankfully back - & this is turning into a very funny & cute show :d

Totally agree LOL Plus, the ADULTS just look the same - 20 years pass, prosecutor dude, Pan Soo, old chaebol, & most amazingly evil bad muscle guy (who is gorgeous - just saying) don't look like they've aged a DAY!!!!
