You know what i loved most about the finale was how they didn't shy away from the fact that relationships…
Soooo well put - that's exactly what I loved about this drama myself (as well as JCW of course). I'm now envisioning their first child as Korean Harry Potter boy LOL LOL LOL
Ji Chang Wook never disappoints LOL Loved this drama despite some draggy bits. So much real humor & good chemistry between the whole cast :D Good one to send JCW off to MS with.
Oh, I disagree. It had problems, but the acting performances of just about EVERYONE, as well as the gorgeous sets & costumes, as well as the directing, made it worth while. The script needed work, the plot went all over the place, but still, I managed to enjoy it until the end!
This is the type of drama one should marathon. it didn't have suspense or thriller, but overall it was a…
I agree. I did drop Saimdang (partly because draggy, partly because not much about the REAL one & her ART!!!!). This one was much more watchable for me.
Lee Myung Soo has now shown everybody his acting chops, can I JUST say! As for the drama as a whole - well, the first review does a pretty good job explaining this one LOL If the actors hadn't all put in TOP notch performances, and the director & production crew done such great jobs, I would have dropped this early on.
Tbh, this drama is kind of bad. It doesn't follow the manga's story line and just borrows its concept,…
XIIVX - Didn't say you were upset - sounds to me that you aren't happy that this isn't following the manhwa. But you are giving it a chance on it's own which is great.
I think lots of people are not going to like it if it stays cheesy/campy. I rather like that, tho.
Okay...but why are they not underwater in their underwater scenes?!?!?!? It really bothers me so much >.<…
I was referring to the DREAM sequence. Although even the ones where she's supposedly trying to drown herself are recollections rather than happening in real time. So it's FINE.

Sheesh -just leave it that you're pissed that this doesn't follow the manhwa, dear. We get it. I'm glad that you can at least leave that behind and concentrate on THIS story.
The acting is just fine from everybody - the DIRECTOR obviously wants a somewhat campy feel here.
Hoo Ye is giving a solid performance, with a character the writers created in a very original form.
I don't know why the writer killed Hwa Gun. She is the only character of this drama that I still find interesting...…
It's really not our leads' fault - they are doing the absolute best with the stupidity handed them! But L just is ROCKING his part, & Hwa Gun got ALL the interesting character development :D At this point I'm more invested in our 2 ninja guards than our real Prince, despite loving Yoo Seung Ho!!!
The stupid tears I cried in episode 15 was almost the same ugly sob I had when Kim Shin pulled the sword himself.…
I've totally seen this kind of selfishness happen with couples. The one doing it really does think they are somehow trying to 'help' the other. But in fact they are not. Cause if you can't deal w/the danger etc of whatever, & your guy doesn't STOP, leaving him AIN'T gonna make that danger go away! You are just taking YOUR sorry behind away so YOU don't have to deal with it! I had this exact discussion with a dear friend of mine years ago, because her boyfriend, whom she'd dated through-out HS & college, AND while he was in the Navy (where I met them) actually did what he always said he dreamt of doing ie becoming a cop! So she LEFT him. Stupid girl. Her words to me? "I can't bear to see him get shot, to worry about him coming home every day". My words to her? "He'll still be facing that danger so it's YOUR precious feelings you are protecting, not him."
So, yeah, lots of yelling at the TV screen in this episode LOL
I think everything is very well planned and the drama is going to get even better next week. I'm also more…
The weirdness/impossibility comes not from him being daddy but from Ji Hoon not being conceived if HJ doesn't go back & get involved w/Bo Hee - which makes it more & more unlikely that he's really the dad.
I read a post on another website with a theory of what might happen in future episodes, I thought it was pretty…
If HJ is not JH's daddy, then I daresay Kwang Jae is - from said drunken night that he forgot & Bo Hee thought was HJ. Cause that is how romcom's tend to roll....
I think lots of people are not going to like it if it stays cheesy/campy. I rather like that, tho.
