-if they filmed %20, that means they had nearly 1 episode of footage in like 3 days in Paris? (I hope each ep is not 20 min or else I will break smt)
-I assume this is Apo’s character? I read somewhere that his character is older than Mile’s?
-Not sure what showcase means but hopefully it doesn’t mean no trailer until the end of filming. If they have %20 footage from Paris, just cut a teaser or smt from those for god sake…

I hope that they won’t drop the entire cast reveal, press conference and teaser/trailer on us on the same day, all at once😂 Then mental breakdowns all over the internet 😅😅

They talked about it at the Dior event on November and press conference of boc horror movie recently. I think you can find translated parts on YouTube or Twitter.

I read somewhere that Tee Yai is iconic personality in Thailand and portrayed by the popular/best actors of their time/generation, i am happy for Apo is chosen for this role. I hope Netflix release it at the same time in Thailand and worldwide. AND release it soon, it has been one year since he wrapped this up.

I mean that is my guess… Going back and forth in Paris twice would be more expensive and not practical? And they seemed to shoot more detailed scenes than just trailer but I might be wrong so let’s wait and see…
My guess is Tanwa and Trin will meet in Paris in 1st ep then somehow turn back Thailand.

**Wrap #Shine in Paris as much as we could.**
Everyone went all out, doing everything they possibly could. The reason we chose to shoot during this period was because we wanted to capture the atmosphere of Paris, interpreting it in the style of the 60’s-70’s men. We prepared for this for a long time with great determination. Many things seemed so difficult, almost impossible, but in the end, the photos turned out beautifully and conveyed more meaning than we had ever dreamed of.

A big shout-out to the Thai Team for both the preparation process and the actual shoot. It was harder and more intense than we had anticipated. The attention to detail, precision in every element, from the clothing to the props, all of which were meticulously researched and designed to match the era, were outstanding. We battled against the cold, wind, and rain. The crew pushed through, giving everything they had.

A round of applause for Piia, our DOP, who was incredibly tough and seasoned. Even though she was sick since Q2, once she saw the opportunities and beautiful shots, her determination overcame the tough weather.

To @ningbhanbhassa, our strong and determined director, who worked deeply and sincerely. She helped with casting, location scouting, dealing with numerous issues, enduring the cold wind and rain, and, through it all, kept everyone motivated. 😊❤️

@giftterk and @hannah.pischedda, our two powerful women who wore many hats—ironing clothes, negotiating locations, managing people, assisting the DOP, helping with styling, and more. They were tough, amazing. A round of applause for @undundund, who helped capture behind-the-scenes photos and assisted Piia. She braved the cold with us, helped serve food, moved things around—did it all.

@apo555, the professional Thai actor, was heartfelt, understood the character deeply, and was one of the team members who helped with wardrobe. He always brought good energy to the team. Anyone who works with him can be proud of Thailand.

Of course, @milephakphum performed this role so well and authentically. He also took on many roles, even helping out on days without scenes. He’s a true team player. @mos_mammos, the makeup artist who styled everyone to perfection—period-appropriate, natural, flawless as per the script. Never complained, always helped out, and worked hard. Truly a beautiful soul, no wonder everyone loves him.

Thanks to the crew and our French friends who helped so much. This experience showed us that great friendships can be built, and communication flows easily. ❤️ I can’t name everyone yet because I don’t want to spoil anything. 555 Thanks to @wingzzofficial, who lent a hand at just the right time. Your kindness is truly appreciated. And thank you to James for all the help from pre-production to casting, and beyond.

Pond shared bts pictures from Paris shoots and a lengthy post about the process. It seems that they shot 3 full days and that will be it. That means either Paris part will be the very beginning (part of 1st ep) or they mostly shoot outdoor scenes and scenes with French actors then add other indoor scenes in Thailand? We will see…

Yeah, I also don’t think that they have a big part since they will start shooting Shine soon. Maybe cameo like you said or they are involved in the production side? Let’s wait and see…
