The drama ending is unpredictable, they can change a bit. But as far as I know the manhwa ends with their child appearing at one of the fan signs of Jun Seo and tells him that her mother is Baek Ah Jin. So, Ah Jin's plan was to make Jun Seo suffer by telling him that in their life, he doesn't exist but in his life, they both will exist and he can't escape the guilt.
