No, they're talking about this specific type of production as in the editing. Some other Netflix shows like Love Alarm and Holo Love have this kind of editing where everything feels discrete. Maybe you're right, they produce these dramas in this way because of the concepts

This drama should have been set in the 2010s. Creating a new luxury brand is fine, but having one suddenly appear while justifying an 'incredible heritage' is impossible in this day and age (even in 2024 as per the drama). The reasons provided are insufficient. A London brand which has no existence in London!

That part always spoils the mood where they show the leads having some connection since childhood. Those are fine for friends to lovers dramas but not for every other room drama.
