Lol. While the place I am from, or what I know in most of the entertainment circles, the one who is the most popular gets first billed, it doesn't matter he/she has the centric role or not. But some say in female lead drama the actress should be first billed regardless of her popularity in comparison to male actor. But then the revenue/sponsors are brought by the more popular actor, hence he/she being second billed is weird. So its a lot complicated.

Neither do I. I just know rumors say they dated and broke up, especially because they even publically ignored each other in award shows.
