I did not watch that! But I saw some scenes of him there, and heard people's responses, and I understood! I can never watch, I love him so much, but cannot watch playing a trash side male who is insane! Like a powerful villain, yes, but not this!

Also, she did unauthorized autopsies in a very cruel manner! She could have asked FL, taken permission from her at least if not the authorities because autopsies was not considered morally correct back then!
But after her autopsies, she did not even stich them back, there was blood overflow, the bodies were in such a poor condition! She calls herself a doctor? She was insane just like her friend, more or less! From my perspective, instead of trying to help people, save lives, what she really wanted was fame, recognition! I clearly didn't like her character! Like she should have been punished, I am not saying death sentence, but something light punishment at least! But they decided that suicide would be better!

Only after I watched the whole thing, I researched about the actors, and then came to know! He is young, but he did so good, and he looked so good with FL, that his age being 21 was such a shock to me!
Its okay we got 2 kisses, though for a short duration. But we got flirty exchanges, looks for more than 20 episodes! They were clearly into each other since ep 15-16, and I enjoyed their dialogues so much when they used to subtle hint each other!

Its just initially, after ep 10, its gets serious, after ep 20, its gets a lot serious!

There was there was in the wedding nigh! There was another one when they planted a tree together, but it was very quickly shown!

I think there were 2 kisses in ep 40! There was another kiss which was cut! I think they might have done it because ML was too young, like he filmed for The Double when he was 20-21, and FL was a decade older! So they did show 2 kisses but it was quickly done!
In unveil jadewind, though its not romance based, they showed the kiss for a long time, I think he is 24 now, so maybe people wouldn't mind!

That maybe because FL was in the titular role, like she was the female general! I remember during the airing, it was said they had an equal billing!

This is the ending they deserve, this is the ending fans deserve! Even if God comes and tells me that the special episode is not real just a fan service, I will reject it! Duke Su's plans never failed, he can never die in that battle!

WTPR is really good, but yes FL was a damsel in distress! But even ML was a good man, like he was nothing like a strong, shrewd, cunning person! It was nice, I enjoyed it, but nothing closer to these revenge saga tropes where leads join hands to take down villains!
I watched Our universe few episodes as well, but I did not get hooked, honestly I think I am just liking historical cdramas these days! I was busy watching How Dare You and Unveil Jadewind. I really want to start Generation to Generation, as well!

She knew who the ML was in the first life, because he was a very famous person! She also did meet him once when she was drunk, but she doesn't remember it before I guess chapter 200 lol! It was just a small scene! But after her rebirth, they meet, become allies, who help each other in taking down others before falling in love! Like you saw The Double right, its like that! Just here the FL is really cunning, shrewd, manipulative, like nothing like FL in double! In this drama, FL is not at all kind hearted, she is ruthless! Initially most of the times she doesn't even need ML's help, just few moments!
Yes, in her past life, she was madly in love with a prince who was not a successor to the throne, because he was the 9th prince! They got married, because FL's family was powerful, and prince could use that, FL did everything for him to become the emperor, she became the empress, gave birth to twins, but eventually her children were killed, she was disposed then executed!
So in the rebirth she takes revenge on every person who was responsible for her tragedy!

Its my favourite historical cdrama! Nothing comes close to it!
I was so pissed when Wang Xingyue said they had shot the marriage night scene a lot more, and only a little portion made it to the final cut! Yes the ending, but I believe they are happy together because of the special episode!
But after reading the novel for this drama I was mesmerized! Like I don't know the director here, but if they adapt it well, this can do wonders!

The first schedule of this season is in New Zealand, and the shooting is between 23rd Feb to 3rd March! Actors in the schedule are- Liu Yuning, Gong Jun, Wang Yuwen, Chen Xingxu, Lin Yi, Li Naiwen and Honglei!
