I see that. I think many temporary characters are introduced to quickly speed up the plot. Come fast, disappear fast and maybe reappear later.. but then disappear again. I think this is on point with many slice of lives. My personal favorite is Saiki K. I brag on that show all the time and it never leaves Netflix. I say focus on main 4 + reporter and don't get invested in others. Lol.
I am feeling this new Jean though.

I am confused with mixed opinions on this show. I've liked every episode. I like slice of life stuff as I have watched a couple slice of life animes! I am more into the character's personal lives and little dramas more than the murder plot, but I like how the murder plot also affects the slice of life side..

I am not sure if this show would be better or worse without the kidnappings and murders but I like it!

The manga baited Weir and Punn this hard... Really. Lol. I enjoy it even though I doubt they end up together... but why did they have to do this to me?!

I think they won't reveal it because they're under GMM. If they were under smaller entertainment companies, maybe they would go public or at least address it like MewArt.... Ahhhh... MewArt.

I like him too. He's quite handsome. Maybe one day they will make him the lead, but he's so good at his diverse supporting roles!!!

For me many were new and many were not new. If you ask me neither is Jo Gwangil or Since totally new! Both of them were lacking in fans and support, so I am glad they came on the show.. but SMTM is totally 인맥 힙합 or connections hiphop. None of the people on this season were completely unknown. I think if anyone wants to call SMTM a fair show, they are very mistaken! If you think about it, last season Lil Boi was in a well-known ballad group, and he knew Giriboy.

This season's top 4.. We have Since who is close friends with Miranni from season 9. We have Jo Gwangil who had a viral song. If I look at his prior works, he has collabed with Olltii and Kim Seungmin (Giriboy's crew 우주비행). Kunta knows Yummda. And Be'O was not connected with the hiphop world from what I can find, but he did have songs out where the MVs have 100,000+ views before SMTM. Be'O I think is not 인맥 힙합. There are people like him, but if you went back and look at who makes on SMTM.. I guarantee you the majority of people who make it far are artists that already know people in the industry....... It's even harder to find people who have very little fanbase that make it far. Because even Be'O did have some fans before SMTM or his MVs wouldn't have had those views. So maybe Be'O is not totally new, but I would call him pretty new. Lol.

I still think he's so cute, and I am waiting for him to show up again... O-O

I've seen all his performances except semi-final which I refuse to watch. Lol. But yeah, I think he deserved to win too like I said in my comment. But Basick winning twice would've been SICK!

I was thinking in the back of my head that after ep 5, the show was going to go downhill... So I went into ep 6 expecting it to be bad, but it was way better than I expected. Lololol. I think this show has many more good episodes left. Ohm and Nanon are definitely very talented actors.

I wanted Basick to win so much that I haven't watched Jo Gwangil's semifinal performance. I got spoiled before watching ep 9 so I just couldn't watch. I didn't and still don't want to see what beat Basick.

Since Basick was the best, whoever beats Basick must be the new best.... So. Jo Gwangil was meant to win. My heart hurt a lot for him, and throughout the show, I saw how much the show meant to him.

I am glad in a weird way that Be'O didn't win because he does singing rap. I like singing rap. I like his song he released called 문득. It did really good on the Korean charts, but SMTM is a rap show, so I like to see the integrity of rap being kept on the show. 랩으로 우승해야 한다.

With that being said, it'd also be nice if Since won. Loved her performance with Miranni... But the one who beats Basick is obviously the new best.

I love this drama with my whole soul. All it did was show me what Japan can do an additional time. The trailer for ep 4 reminds me so much of Love Stage.

I hate Maze's personality so much. I like Phab, but I don't love him. Yet, I am still enjoying this. Hahahahah. Why is Maze the most unlikeable guy ever though? He is not even cute and stuck-up.. Just stuck-up, selfish, heartless... It seems like Phab is gonna like Maze first but WHY. Cannot understand through my pov.

I found it with Thai subs. Hahahah... not gunna work.
