I had to watch this for film class. I don't really know the history behind it.. I have to read an article on it, so I will soon, but I really enjoyed the movie as soon as it started. Even if you know nothing about politics, this movie was beautifully directed. A lot is going on, and it gives you the feeling of wanting the good guys to win and the bad guys to lose. Very simple, very effective.

When I said I hope they change from the book, I was talking about RamKing. RamKing translations are deleted now, and I didn't read them before they got deleted.. So sad me. But I heard that Ram does some really messed up stuff to King. I don't know specifics.

Many people prefer this to original Pornographer! Not me of course but def worth a watch.

Had to watch this for class on Korean film. I feel it is kind of boring and is confusing. The ending was shocking, but that doesn't change the rest of film. Maybe history buffs will like this. I dunno.

I don't remember this movie all the way and too lazy to re-read my comment. Lol. But I do remember the boyfriend was messed up. I just don't like them throwing on a extra guy we know nothing about in the end.. I wanted to feel the love story, so when they cut it off, I just get sad. The whole time watching the movie I just think "how can they make this work."

Now. I can't help but to agree with you on this point! Half the time I will watch movies that are "artsy" like this and hate it just like you then people will tell me I am stupid and have no sympathy and etc for not liking/understanding/appreciating it. I understand your sentiments there, so if you say it's crap to you! It sure is!

One of the actors, MD, is going to be changed. That's what I was referring to. I haven't read the book.

I can't believe my baby Singto is staying with BL. Honestly, Singto is a very talented actor, and he could do any genre he wants. I feel like he really loves and cares for his fans to keep doing BL or maybe he enjoys it for some reason! Let's go Singto! I will always support you.

Although, I will say the side couple in Make Our Days count is legendary. They go on my list of favorites. They appear in HIStory 4 (which I honestly forget existed for a moment lol) a good bit. I recommend their whole story.

None are the third. Stay Away From Me is 1 and Crossing The Line is 2. I am actually not a big fan of HIStory 3. For Trapped (HIStory 3), it is just not my taste. But there is many reasons not to like, the other, Make Our Days Count. I will not spoil that for you. Watch it if you want. Lol.

Depending on your preference, you may never find a better Thai BL.. But maybe you will like HIStory series more than SOTUS! I would not blame you if you did.

SOTUS NEVER GETS OLD. I will rewatch this series till I die. It may be my favorite series of all time. The subtleness of Kongpab and Arthit's characters as well as how they interact with each other is my favorite thing. Singto acting as Kongpab is one of the best things to ever happen. I think Singto conveys complex emotions very well, and Kongpab is a very complex character. I think no one else but Singto could have played him best. Kongpab is entitled, confident, and arrogant.. while also being sensitive, caring, and compassionate at certain times. Not a simple character! As for Krist, I think Krist acts Arthit's tsundere character very well. He's got the confusion/hesitancy/pretending to be upset when actually giddy emotions on point. And even more, Krist has the perfect face for Arthit. I could never see anyone else being Arthit. Facial expressions on point. He is cute but scary when angry.. just perfect tsundere. Not many have this facial ability.

What actor do y'all think should replace MD?

TharaFrong is sad yeah. But I hope that they changed the script from the book. If it takes this long because they are making the story better, I am okay with it. I'm sorry to see MD go, but they can replace him. At least I know Talay and Perth dropping out is very unlikely. Many actors could replace MD and the series would still be good.

Anybody remember the character Ohm from Lovesick? He was Noh's best friend. The actor that replaced the guy from season 1 in season 2 was the best replacement I had ever seen. Hoping for a replacement like this. :)

Lucky you, you won't have to wait as long as others, but you still will have to wait a long time.

I'm definitely so happy the second part was with Talay! So excited for all other parts.

Star studded cast. I like the two side couples' storylines a lot, and the cast is even better.
