What I got is. Ofc everyone knows they had a couple in 2gether and Tonhon. They also do tiktok dances with each other all the time and apparently do lives as well. They both unfollowed each other on Twitter, at least Mike unfollowed Toptap on IG. And Mike deleted lots of photos of them together... So when they used to post with each other on social media all the time, all of the sudden they post nothing together at all.. Surely there must be some type of problem or reason for this.
The fan theories are.. There was a Tiktok competition held by GMMTV where Mike lost.. maybe Mike is mad. The other theory is one got a gf or something. I got that from minimal looking up stuff. So there may be more to story.
Not sure if you're new or not to Kamen Rider (if you aren't just ignore this reply lmao), but if you are, and…
I have not watched much Kamen Rider at all, so I will take your recs. BL headcanon is fun as well, but more than that, could you just recommend the best ones? ..or both? Lol.
Yes. I agree with you, especially Kare ga Boku ni Koishita Wake and Be love, they are a disaster, like i don`t…
I wouldn't mind Friendzone season 3....
And you're right, this series has unexpectedly high-quality. I think it's just the beauty of Japan tbh. There is no studio like GMM for BL in any other countries... Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Japan is proving it good. Hahahahah.
More than excited.. More than excited! I predict that Inukai Atsuhiro will become a force to be reckoned with in the BL industry. I was so excited to see him in Zettai BL ni naru Sekai VS... after watching him in Kamen Rider where he appears next to Akaso Eiji from Cherry Magic. The fact that he followed into BL after Akaso Eiji did mean a lot to me as I saw a trend there. Him and Akaso Eiji were shipped in Kamen Rider even though there's 0 romance in that show. I just find it very appropriate that he has branched out into more BL. Waiting for more to come. Maybe I will even check out more Kamen Rider in the meantime.

I'm gonna admit I only watched the first 3 episodes of Light On Me, so my criticisms are not valid. I used to watch a lot of Kdramas, so I was used to the format at first, but when I learned more about the origin of the story... that it's a video game?! And that in the story, the main character was just going to teeter-totter back and forth between multiple people, I grew enraged and quit it. That is my problem though. Lol. My heart is so monogamous that these days I can't take a serious love triangle.
Also, Singto! Anyone who mentions Singto is my savior. Right now he is in Paint With Love and Baker Boys if you have any interest. Paint With Love (only 1 episode released) is about company where Singto is CEO that hires a painter, and their lives become intertwined. Baker Boys is not a BL, but Singto plays a gay overly flirtatious character. It is a comedy murder-mystery, and the first 2 episodes are very promising. For Friendzone.. also a huge fan of Friendzone.. Yes, I am a huge fan of Singto.
Fluke is a veteran for sure.
And also, no wonder you gave up Thailand. You ended with the monster of My Gear and Your Gown and dull Love By Chance 2. I am convinced that Plan's character Can's IQ is 60-70. Someone tried to convince it is just his EQ or emotional intelligence, and yeah that too.
I hope you enjoy the rest of this show too! I think it's not as dark as people initially thought. I wouldn't mind if it was darker. And I was going to say more, but it seems like you already know the whole plot! My Korean is pretty good, but I can't speak any Japanese.. maybe in a couple years.
Yes. I agree with you, especially Kare ga Boku ni Koishita Wake and Be love, they are a disaster, like i don`t…
I have watched many of Japan's movies and love them. They even have some movies I would consider BL from 90s and early 2000s, so it's sad for me that they have not sped up as much as Thailand, but you are right that overall Japan is much better on quality.
I would argue that Kieta Hatsukoi is no better than most Thai dramas nowadays, so maybe it is better if we avoid those.. Hahahahah. I think the Korean ones you named are not that bad except for Color Rush. That one to me is a big disappointment. What's worse is Light On Me (my opinion).
Also, it is very interesting you gave up Thai BL for 2 years! The last two years is when the most stuff came out, and when more and more people are hoping on the BL train. I think a lot of people hopped on during Love By Chance (2018), but with 2gether (2020), we have even more. But I'd be lying to you if I said that you missed a lot with Thailand because the truth is that you haven't.... If I were to pick must sees from 2020-2021 period.. there is nothing groundbreaking.
What's out in UK? You're not from the UK, are you? I see that you do spell it "Colour Rush."
Kiyoi full power bottom vibe uwuuuuu ? is there manhua or novel link?
I can imagine as both, but I am kind of wishing this power bottom idea.... Hahahahahah. I feel like the fact that Hihi (hahahah) calls Kiyoi beautiful and the title is "My Beautiful Man" points towards Hihi being the seme when we look at traditional yaoi roles. But really it is not important at all. I will watch no matter what. :D
Japan is making me mad because they don't make more stuff. They make shows like this, and they're all I can think about.. Where's the rest of them.. Lmao. The birthplace of Yaoi is letting Thailand do everything. I would say that, oh, Japan's quality is usually better, but have y'all seen BokuKoi? And I don't get Be Love either......
And I like have grown to like slapstick comedy because of Thailand and Japan.. But BokuKoi or Kare ga Boku ni Koishita Wake.... That is another beast. I do not know what to tell you.. It's like good and bad at the same time, but the bad overpowers the good. Sorry.
Comedy + Murder Mystery with a gay overly flirtatious character that is my favorite Thai actor of all time Singto is a killer combo for me. God combo. This show can't go wrong. Not just is the plot interesting, but the characters got me dying.
A recently retired boxer who loves desserts and has the temperment of a child. A handsome rich guy that is disliked by most and can't get a date to save his life. The Gay Conqueror.. we don't even need more explanation for that one. Then a crybaby bodyguard!!! The characters are amazingly designed. They are all contradictions in themselves.
Have got to say that Hashimoto is by far my favorite character. I am pleased with how her storyline has carried out through the episodes and not faded out.
Really like the first two episodes. I have watched lots of Japanese BL-related stuff, and I always feel the Japanese perspective is so fresh AND MESSED UP. A lot of things go that are not normally portrayed in quite the same way in other countries. You got yourself a fan here!
My Korean film teacher said the film is supposed to show how changing Korean economy affected people lives. South Korea was under a dictator from like the 60's to 70's and he was assassinated in 1979. But he instated mass-industrialization throughout the country. It was needed for South Korea to reach its economy level today, but many people lost their homes and it was very violent.. I mean he is a military dictator.
In 80s and 90s people Korean people started to realize that they accepted foreign Western cultures too eagerly, and it felt like Korean people were losing their identity. People started to see the negative parts of rapid industrialization. So yeah. Think like the environment has rapidly changed and many people were pushed from rural areas to the cities. This is supposed to show a regular man in that time and what dictator Park Chung Hee and industrialization did to South Korea.
