I'm almost done but dang, it's so hard to finish. The pacing is so slow and the FL talks so damn slow, I wish…
Yeah, I agree. It was disappointing. The other female leads are very good and I am a big Jung So Min fan.
Can We Get Married was better. I just getting flashes of that since it was such a better story

Lee Som was a revelation though

Yeah, king and the clown really kickstarted his career, and not too long after he starred in Time between dog…
From what I know, at least when I used to think dramabeans was the decider. According to dramabeans, Return of Iljimae is much better. I just didn't see it thought lol

I was a big fan of him until I met Yoon Shi Yoon who might be a better actor but I am no director. I just prefer the roles that he has played eg Vivid Romance and Flower Boy Next Door

There is a celebrity she hit her boyfriend got prosecuted and committed suicide.
So I guess the word is "fair" now

Isnt she supposed to be the villainess and hence annoying? Lol
That's the traditional "villainess", then it is intentional for her to be annoying.
It means the actress did a great job

Person Choi Woo Shik
I loved him in Ho Goo's love which I watched while it airedPark So Dam his co star in Parasite was also great…
Young female actresses get unnecessary hate from ahjummas when they are paired with established male celebrities.
Their skill is irrelevant

I haven't watch this as it is not my cup of tea but I am a big fan of the actress, Kang Sora
I recommend Ugly Alert and Riders Catch Tomorrow
Cheers!

can guarantee that your preset expectations ruin the experience for you ;( but no, i can see why some people don't…
For me, I found the romance very disappointing.
But after watching Riders Catch Tomorrow, I have to admit that I felt a bit differently about Jae Hoon's gf. The actress she is very good.
Still, I was not into any of the romance in the drama.
For so called independent women to date men who either verbally abused them or disparaged them was disappointing.
Search WWW was much better

I disagree. He broke up with her many times.
She even asked me to marry her.
She begged him so much.
You really cannot blame her.

This drama was TVN hit at that time. I think it is what gave that channel a powerful start
tvN started in 2006 and is owned by a very large conglomerate
It didn't start in 2014

I think it is the same as the misconception that Boys Over Flower started the Hallyu wave
Reply 1994 was more popular than Incomplete Life and it came out a year earlier in 2013
Cheers!

Title I Do, I Do
Hahaha please be generous. It was rated very poorly in Korea.Makes sense, the same with Ho Goo's love, both dramas…
Not a fan of medical dramas either so I never saw Code Blue.
9 to 5 with Ishihara Saitomi was awesome. I need to rewatch it, its been 5 years already lol.
I am not a fan of crime or detective stories either but I skimmed through Come and Hug Me and its good
I just wanted to see Jin Ki Joo in something as the female lead lol.
She was in the special: "Wednesday at 3:30pm" which was just awesome.

I just rewatched Ugly Alert and it was even much better than I remembered
Its the only 100 + episode drama that I haven't needed to skip an episode and got to finish.

Great review. Totally agreed!
Thank you. I recommend Love or Spend. Its needlessly long but unlike me, you wont have to wait 2 years for slow subs to get finished.
Cheers!

I am very picky on the Japanese dramas that I watch. Not really a KimiTaku fan. More of a Yamapi fan. Kiss of Death is good. 100 million yen women or something is also good.

The Unexpected is flawed but luckily it's a web drama so things didn't get cut from the plot to water it down to please censors.
I would avoid Chinese dramas that air on TV because things like time travel are banned

They have a ratings page. I don't follow their recaps anymore.
I am more versed in Korean dramas and I am not lost to need recaps.
Although Japanese dramas like Ito A to E leave me stomped that I am confused.
Japanese dramas are now following the produce a drama end in a cliff hanger and then produce a movie in a few months or the next year that concludes it.
I recommend Ito A to E
Watch the drama first, don't be like me who watched the movie first.
I am a big Yoon Shi Yoon fan even though I am male and Me Too Flower is one of the best dramas ever but even the subtitles had people complaining about the second female lead
Dramabeans was worse. I don't get how they are obsessed with angelic female characters that feel so fake.
As a male, I prefer stories where the female lead is the villainess eg Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre and Unexpected

I meant that you showed rate it higher.
Lie To Me: The male lead admitted to sexual assault recently, so that might have affected the rating. He should be heading to jail
49 Days is essentially a masterpiece, the second female lead from Crash Landing on You is in it. I never watched 49 Days though but its very good
Yong Pal is a favorite of mine. Yong Pal is like I Do I Do in that the female lead was strong from start to finish.
Yong Pal is a lot more meaningful and complex than it looks. Rewatching it recently, 5 years later and it is a lot better than I remembered.
The subtitles leave a lot to be desired. I had to fix some of it.
I will recommend 49 Days first for the surreal feeling that it gives.
Dramabeans is a better tool to rate dramas even though I do not usually agree with them.
I Love Lee Tae Ri 2012 is also another quite unique drama

In summary, all three are great. You won't go wrong with any
Haze Jul 24, 2020
Can you please explain the end of the movie properly? I made the mistake of watching the movie first lol but it was still awesome.
Ito wasn't the bastard that everyone thought he was.
I might rewatch

Hahaha I understand. Just watch Love or Spend then
It is similar and you will get all the closure you need.
The drama kept getting extensions with multiple episodes added to the original 50 lol
The subtitles were so slow that I was pissed off.
I even offered to help on viki and the channel manager was missing so I could not join the team lol

100% agreed. I dropped at ep 14.
Yoon Shi Yoon is always a joy to watch.
I am looking forward to binge watching Train
and Lee Si Young is kind of hilarious since her name is so common, I was expecting a different actress when I watched this lol
