Only the first 8 are on Youku (that is because it was cancelled in China and never finished airing). But then Wowow in Japan bought it, so all the episodes are now airing on Wowow. See the spoiler reply of mine for link to a fan sub of where I am watching it.
Remember eps 1 thru 8 were released a couple years ago in China. Then it got cancelled. So if you notice an 'uncut' (China original release) versus 'cut' (Japanese release), then it will be for eps 1 thru 8 only. Starting ep 9, all anyone gets is all the Japanese release. Hope this helps.

I think Pei Su thinks he is an Apath because of his father's psychological abuse. Pei Su doesn't want to be an Apath (He doesn't want to be like his father), so this treatment makes one sick at sight of blood. So much so that he could never hurt anyone or he'd get immediately sick at the sight of blood. It is so EFFED up. Poor Pei Su is damaged from his father's treatment. But I could be wrong (I never read book)...maybe he is an Apath....? What you think?
