Some other trivia regarding the main leads Tseng Jing Hua and Moon Lee:
* They both debuted around 2018 so they have known each other for a long time. They have attended the same acting class before.
Even if they don't always hang out they are the type of friends who would still know what one another are up to. Moon would also call Jing Hua for advice.
* They starred together in a MV called 誰 by 李友廷。
* They were in an advertisement together for Coco Crush a few years ago.
* They have acted as each other's father/mother in their previous dramas.

The actress Moon Lee who played Hsiao Tung seems to have been affected by the character and the story a lot, she would cry when speaking about certain parts of the story, she has been dedicating her last birthday wish for Hsiao Tung the past three years and when she encounters news with similar topics or when it starts raining, some scenes from the drama would appear in her mind.

The male lead already knew that Pinyu is Xiao Tung in the first episode. Pinyu is the name that Xiao Tung's parents helped her change to after her self-injuries, which led to her getting plastic surgery. So Pinyu had the face of Tian Qing in the first episode but from her point-of-view her face was Joy's (her colleague from the radio station that she envied).

The OST will be released on the 31st of December but unfortunately I don't think any background music is included there.

I watched the drama many years ago so I don't remember it much but I have read that it follows the manga quite closely so if you liked the manga please give the drama a try.

Also the themesong and ending song are very good. I still listen to them from time to time.

According to the news they already had good feelings for each other during filming so they took a step further in 2017 after the movie was released and has been dating secretly for 5 years before they announced their upcoming marriage.

Thanks for the recommendation! It sounds fun. However, 45 episodes are a lot. Chinese dramas tend to get draggy too...I hope this is an exception.

If you want recommendations of Tdramas then "The World Between Us" 我們與惡的距離 is good but a bit heavy. There's also "In Time With You" 我可能不會愛你 and "Marry You Or Not" 必娶女人 also starring Alice Ko.

Me too. The drama would have gotten a 10 but due to the ending it got a 9 from me instead.

I liked the ending scene too when Jin/Ren backhugged Rika/Yo. They are so cute together.

I just found some pictures of the shooting process of the poster. I like how both of them have their arms wrapped around each other and also their height difference. It is about the right "amount". Their smiles are cute too as I have said in the previous post :)

Yes, in the original version You Qing didn't say anything during the time she listened to the song but after she ran out to find Da Ren she said something similiar as Yo like "Why are you like this Li Da Ren? How am I going to marry Ding Li Wei now?" Regarding Yo's "Look at what you have done?" (her blaming on Ren) she did kind of make that come forward at the end when they were moving out and was heading towards the busstop together. She said something about not liking the highschool shoes and then Ren apologized and asked if he should put them away. It seems like she was saying that that stage wasn't as good as the other stages/shoes because that was when he told her the lie about "never going to love her".
I understand what you mean when you say you can't really relate to people saying that the Korean version wasn't as good. Somehow, the first version we watch of a drama/movie will always have a special place in our hearts. Hm. I can't picture Da Ren/Won/Ren as a dentist :p What's up with the changes of the occupation of the male lead? XD Are you going to watch the Thai version that will release next week?

Haha. That's true. Except for the fact that it was a remake of one of my favourite Asian drama another thing that attracted me to watch this version at first was the poster. Both Jin and Rika have such genuine and cute smiles.

I'm still having a withdrawal so I have been rewatching parts of this drama and the few clips of the cast that I can find.

I just saw on Weibo that the Thai version will be released on Chinese platform on the 20th of September this year. It is soon.
