Well, if they're the Thai version of AKB48 then God help them, because those girls are just slaves and these will be the same. ALL idols are - but some are treated worst than others and AKB48 are the most badly treated of all.
Your comment was abrupt and sharp, so I thought it best to show that there was NO spoiler, which there wasn't because no mention of HOW it ended was included. ...which is where the spoiler button DOES become necessary. People never want details, so ANY episodic details, character development, etc is spoiler alert. Just saying "sad ending" or "happy ending" isn't detailed enough to warrant it.
Most people like to know if it's happy or sad because many don'-t want to watch sad endings, however they end for any of the main cast. So if we can help them avokd endings they don't to see without giving spoilers that's cool. That's my opinion about spoiler etiquette - I guess we'll just have to beg to differ on this one. Oh and this was not a 'life lesson' because this is just tv.
This one will be a hard bet then, because the answer is yes and no. For most of the series, Da Il is not dead…
Well, he basically winds up dead....so my friend was more right than me......*sobs over lost chocolate, ghost guy AND having to buy cake forfeit for smug friend* T-T
https://www.dailymotion.com/playlist/x63o2fI subbed it. ;)
THANK YOU because I've watched both of those as well....and I'm literally about to watch My Little Monster (I honestly thought I would have to just watch it raw and struggle with my teeny bit of Japanese because it was my favourite anime, then manga and now Live Action)......SO MANY THANK YOUS!! ⊂((・▽・))⊃
Thank you for this wonderful article, I'm only a few episodes in so far (so many dramas and not enough hours in the day, even with severe insomnia, lol!)
But can someone tell me - with spoiler button ticked - if Da Il is REALLY dead and not coming back? I have a bet with a friend and chocolate is at stake....I will pay up if she's right and he's deader than the Walking Dead, but I have a slab of my favourite plain chocolate riding on this if I'm right and he isn't, just 'between' life and death and is saved.......I want to be right for more than just the siren call of my chocolate addiction because I'm already loving the lead characters......so, can anyone tell me?
I think opposite at your opinnion. It may have fallen into some clichés, but in scenes where a worn-out resource…
MisatoKatsuragi -- I don't worry about spoilers, I quite like them and you had the hide spoiler button clicked anyway. No harm no foul.
I've watched WAAY too many Kdramas, but honestly they're so much better than stuff we have here in the UK (though a Discovery of Witches has been good) which ALWAYS end up down the soap opera path in the end.
But I will indeed think of you when I get to the final episode. :)
Well, that's at least made my suffering worthwhile - it's why I wrote the review in the first place. I NEVER wanted…
I had a blog for a while back when I thought what I thought was interesting - actually it was just mental. Maybe I will - have one post a day that says something like - "a prawn's heart is in it's head" or something....lol! You'd be one more follower than I have right now!
This made me laugh - thank you. I still can't watch Boys over Flowers because I become a rage filled monster wanting to find a shovel to deal with Gu Jun Pyo and Geum Jan Di. I want Joo Ji Hoon to find love with someone else because Jan Di doesn't deserve him.....see, this is why I can't ever watch it again! XD
I understand your opinion. But for me, if I was to put into account every drama that has many cliche moments,…
TaemonRebel -- Thank you for the article; I think it's succinct and to the point for what is a very good, entertaining and engaging drama with (for once) lovable leads and NO Second Lead Syndrome (at least for me). I was SO happy to see a male lead that was also a chaebol that was NOT a total jerk and arrogant nightmare who still got the girl....one cliche that does drive me to insane levels of rage. :)

MisatoKatsuragi -- I have to say I completely agree with you. I've found Devilish Joy really enjoyable and not full of the usual tropes to the point where I want to rip my hair from head. Sure there are some cliches but the ones that would normally have me hurling abuse at my laptop because the resolution is obvious but not taken, don't follow that path here. A cliche often happens and finds instead the proper resolution we also see. Others may not, but they're not the obvious ones that usually drive viewers to the point of foaming rage and bad language.
I admit I haven't finished it yet, but I'm not expecting it to disappoint me. Though your description of a musical final episode does fill me with a little concern. lol!
Kim Yung Ok's Liftime Achievement Award was well deserved - but the rest of them is a bit 'm'eh'......I only really watched Secretary Kim out of all these......

You won't be saying that when I tell you no one can lick their own elbow (and on hearing that everyone immediately tries...I've had a whole hospital ward, including doctors and nurses, trying before now)..... (´∀`)

LOL, no problem! If I can save someone else wasting time they won't get back watching rubbish, then it's fine. I suffer any others I'll be sure to let you know. I also have noticed no one ever tells us about the crappy ones to avoid!
