I think this one especially overdid it, often multiple times in each eps especially in the middle and end.

I couldn't agree more. They behaved and talked in unrealistic way just to keep it mysterious.

Not bad and acting was solid but full of plot holes as expected from any time travel drama. I also hated the unbelievable coincidences and unnecessary "cliffhangers" with people staring blankly with a 😮 face at the end of each eps.

First half was engaging, second half dragged too much but this is also expected from set number of eps drama. I wish they made it 10eps or so, it would have been better.

That being said, not a bad watch at all. Very little romance so don't come to watch it for that

I delayed watching because I thought it was a copy of Hometown cha cha cha, which I liked but didn't want to watch a copy. It's not the same, very different story but both in a small town setting.

Heartwarming, great acting cast all around and very well written story. It was engaging even though it had an intentional slow pace. It transports you into picturing yourself living in that town and slowing down from the grind

I found it strange how hung up on real vs fake daughter this drama was. They made the dads fault about not recognizing his real daughter, rather than his poor treatment of his adopted daughter regardless of whether she was his bio or not.

It's was an okay watch, no regrets, short and sweet and no dragging. Very predictable overall, good characters are angels and bad characters are pure evil through and through no dimensions. More in spoiler comment

I can answer the last question, yoo ra used her real father nail clippings for DNA test eww 🤢 but that works. He was clipping his nails before she came to office and they showed her grabbing the nail clippers afterwards

I just can't handle the FL in this one and my bar is low already. She has zero charm, no brain and just blah. I bet she gets some epic character growth later but I couldn't survive to see it. Tapped out by end of eps 2 and reading comments the worst is to come

Overall a lot of sadness or bitter sweet ending for all characters except for one of the side couples.

Lead couple had a happy ending up until last few minutes where its implied that FL is either captured or dead. Last scene, ML is waiting for her for days and ends with a sad and bewildered expression on his face but without showing what he is looking at.

Wow, I really enjoyed this one. I was never bored. Great acting from the cast and good story. Complex and multi dimensional characters. I wish there were more sweet or romantic scenes for the lead couple. The chemistry was good though. The story was much beyond romance anyway.

A lot of characters go through growth in this drama which I appreciated.

It's a happy ending for lead couple and second couple but not the third. It's a full happy ending, not short. But pretty goofy especially the last few scenes

ML has great charisma, I liked him in other roles but this isn't it. I couldn't take him seriously at all half the time in his wolf mode. It wasn't that he was ugly in it, it was actually not that bad. Perhaps it's the fake fangs making his facial expression off. Like how can they turn several aphrodisiac fueled situations into cringy ones. These are supposed to be a bit hot or bring the leads closer, yet they made the ML act like a cat on catnip ..

The FL acting is okay, her character got annoying in the middle and I disliked her going back on her promises multiple times and repetitive plot.

It seems to me, the writers of this drama wanted us to feel all the emotions of a bad ending, torture us with soo much frustration and then give a "happy ending". It was a true happy ending, that's for sure. But at what cost? I hate that Li Ni's dad never got any punishment when his foolishness caused directly or indirectly 90% of the angest, instead was rewarded with easy retirement and respect.

I also already hate the troup of scorned 2nd lead, turning evil. Here we got, not one, but two of them...

I watched without skipping anything until eps 31 or so, but the angst got too much for me honestly. I felt angry, frustrated, sad and it kept getting accumulate without any relief for too long. I skipped heavily after that because I didn't feel like torturing myself.

There was solid chemistry, lots of kisses, fully written ending in a whole episode (no rushing there for sure!). Yet, I felt so much rage from too many annoying characters with plot armor that nothing the drama did could help payoff from all of that negativity.

The ML acting is better than I have seen before, I thought he did a good job., perhaps his best role yet acting wise. The FL was okay but at times didn't give her best, not enough to ruin it. It's just that her character in drama is a trickster and sometimes even her genuine feelings seemed like a deception which took me a bit out of enjoying their chemistry.

You know how sometimes the leads chemistry is so strong you start thinking maybe they are in love in real life? The chemistry here doesn't reach that level, it's good, lots of kisses, makes you happy but you won't forget they are acting it out.

Overall I rated it higher than I feel because logically there is nothing wrong with it. Emotional it didn't connect with me, that's not the drama's fault. More on the ending in next comment

I was shocked how the ML likely raped the FL in one of the later eps, they were already married and in love but she was unwilling at the time. He even left bruises on her body... For my own peace of mind I pretended that she consented later behind the scenes.

Also there is a scene with sexual assault of the FL mother though it's brief.

It's good for a short web drama. The quality for such drama is usually lacking and this one is considerably above average. Decent story and great chemistry.

One thing that greatly annoyed me is how the FL went from a martial artist in 1st eps to a helpless damsel who couldn't fight even if her life depended on it in later eps

I don't mind amnesia driven plots too much if they make logical sense like mortal tribulations or something. This drama gets extremely draggy and repetitive about the amnesia plot, it's almost more than half of the eps. It's not a simple case of amnesia, the FL will complete forget the ML memories over and over and over again.

The 2nd lead couple were extremely annoying, their love story made no sense to me either. Basically the guy fell in love with an inanimate stone for basically existing near his favorite spot. Then almost immediately after she turns into a woman she makes a mistake and is banished to mortal world and he jumps behind her. At this stage what does this guy even know about this stone woman to be so madly in love? He follows her for 99 goddammed lives! And after all of that it makes their 100th life story more ridiculous. That's not love anymore, it was very clear he was more in love of his idea of her than her true self. Which to be fair I think the drama tried to convey it but also ruined it because the 2ml never realized his mistake with the 2fl, just realized his mistake towards the ML

I am not sure what to say, I watched it all without skipping which is something:
- not Angelababy's worst acting. She grow a bit on me, but still not a good actress in general
- ML is generally charming but not his best acting. I have seen him kill it in other dramas.
- Attractive looking cast in general, if you want to see good looking people do stuff on screen.
- Sadistic writers (though not completely). Don't even try to make sense of the story, it's not the point of the show.
- I really hated how the FL was written, very irritating. I liked her being honest about her feelings and her courage but seriously she will get on your nerves as is basically a deadweight on the ML's shoulders
- Draggy and repetitive in the mid to late parts, some scenes repeat so much that at one point I thought I rewatched an eps by mistake.
- Most characters are overacting, virtually everyone. Evil characters will do the "evil laugh" once a minute. It was ridiculously bad, so bad it was a bit funny by the end.
- it's not worth your time if you want quality of story or acting.
