Dear Alchemists, could you help explaining if there is a known method to identify a soul inside a petrified body? I rewatch the episode when Gil Ju fought Jang Uk and after Gil Ju died, Park Jin & Maidservant Kim went to Jin Mu to check Gil Ju body & it seems that they believe he's not Jang Uk. How do they know?
I'm still confused abt this.

I thought that all this time it's Naksu who control MD's body and Bu-yeon is a sleeping beauty who's only awaken when there's major crisis (like when the eunuch tried to absorb her energy). So, if a kiss does happen, it's just between Ukkie & Naksu, while Bu-yeon is oblivious.
But all the commotion about the kissing makes me think that I'm too simple-minded. 😅😅

That's right it's just a setup but CSS didn't know that. She thought LBY got flogged because he did the little revenge on her behalf. So, the emperor told her to treat LBY better.
