To me, the first half was like a typical rom com, the drama had a slow pace and I got bored. This has been sitting in my 'Currently Watching' List for over a year. But my friend strongly recommended it to me so I picked it up again today and this story got really interesting in the second half and pulled at my heartstrings. I loved the story when they have become adults; the characters and the problems they faced were all so realistic and painful and I loved it. The OSTs were also amazing. Wish I could find them all on youtube but I heard most only managed to find a few, not all. Giving this a 9/10! Would have given this a 10 if only the first half was filmed in a different way. I know the first half was necessary to show the differences between when they were young and now when they have gone through so much in life, but I feel the plot could have been better written to interest the viewers.
I loved this drama! I've watched many slice of life dramas of women trying to change themselves but I loved this…
I've seen a lot of those Male Leads(especially those who are rich aka CEOs or Presidents or Boss) who love to bully Female Leads because they are in love with them, but never have I seen such an interesting and entertaining take on this type. Takahashi Issei is a great actor, I watched this drama for him and he didn't disappoint me at all :) I'm glad Nagi didn't end up with Shinji because both of them really don't suit each other as they are now. Maybe in the future, once they have gotten over their insecurities and get comfortable with their new life, then maybe they might have a chance together.
I also loved how imperfect the male leads were, just like Nagi. They had their own problems, whether it be attitude or playboy-ish ways. No one is perfect in this drama, which just made the characters seem more realistic to me.
I loved this drama! I've watched many slice of life dramas of women trying to change themselves but I loved this the best and the main reason is because of Gamon Shinji. I loved his character the best. He entertained me the most in this drama. I know this drama was supposed to focus fully on Nagi but Shinji did get quite a lot of screen time and I loved most of his scenes. He was the most interesting character to me XD But i don't think he's a good match for Nagi. More in the spoiler comment.
As for Nagi, her character was okay. I liked how the story progressed throughout, and I couldn't predict what she was going to do next and really hated some of the decisions she had made, but this just shows how it isn't that easy to change yourself. Even though you believe you have restarted your life, you would still see yourself going back to old habits you wanted to get rid of.
I think I wouldn't have minded this being a 20 episode drama. There's a lot more I want to know about which wasn't covered in the drama as 10 episodes is seriously too short to see the transformation of Nagi and the people around her.
Overall, I would give this an 8.5/10. As much as I loved Shinji and the character development of Nagi, this drama was too short for me. I WANT MORE >.<
I liked this drama! A lot different from dramas these days. Yes, there are some annoying characters but honestly, don't these kind of people exist in real life too? This drama is NOT focused on teen pregnancy tho, unlike its title. Yes, there are a few characters who are teen moms but this one focused more on the lives of 4 girls, 3 of whom are living together, and the other being the teen mom. This drama felt similar to 'Youth' except for all the pregnancy stuff. Also, even tho mdl doesn't have it, there is actually a season 2 for this drama and you can watch it english subbed on gooddrama.net If you saw season1 and noticed that the female lead was taking pregnancy too lightly, she will go through a lot of difficulties in season 2 which makes her realise being a teen mom wasn't as easy she had expected. And her boyfriend gets slightly better in season 2. I didn't like both of them in S1 as it felt as though they were both not taking the pregnancy seriously.
This drama is FULLY subbed so check it out on dramacool or kissasian. I just finished watching it and it was not bad. I loved the Yolk! It was so cute and adorable. Wasn't really fond of the romance though. Looking forward to Season 2, if there's any :)
Rumor has it Puff and Steven Sun are a thing now tho :T
Yeah, I heard they were dating irl and that Jasper and Puff were only just friends. But I feel the chemistry between the leads was much better than her with her real boyfriend.
Why do I feel that Jasper might be in love with Puff in real life? The way he looks at her in the drama omg, I…
LOL, that ending tho XD Am I the only one who found it hilarious? The supporting characters couldn't even be the main leads in their own wedding HAHA XD
Why do I feel that Jasper might be in love with Puff in real life? The way he looks at her in the drama omg, I watched this whole drama just to see them together. THE CHEMISTRY IS SO GOOD. Story wise, badly written. The chemistry between the leads plus Han Ke Fei are what kept me going. Would have loved more steamy scenes between the leads, though.
Really surprised that the rating dropped from 8.7 when I first started watching a few days ago to 8.3 by the time I finished it. (Not saying I wish it was 8.7, just that it dropped so fast in a matter of days).
I'm still going to give this a 9/10 as I personally really really loved Jasper's acting in the drama and also becuz of Ke Fei.
Nice drama, but the subs are very very irritating and make no sense at all often. It had a lot of potential to be something more, especially with the way they had created the Female Lead's character but sadly, they didn't make full use of it to make it something more than just an ordinary rom com.
Didn't really like this season. I liked Hao Han more than Heng Yu. Second lead's character was better written than the male lead's, who seemed really boring to me. I couldn't see why Luo Tian fell in love with him after all he had done, or what he had failed to do. Timing wise, other than for meeting Luo Tian second, Hao Han was always there when she needed someone.
Why is the ratings so low? I nearly didn't watch this drama becuz of the low ratings. It's a hilarious law drama that's worth watching if you like law + business + comedy.
Finished rewatching for the third time and I still love it!For those who felt that the last few eps might make…
So basically, does everyone remember how everything started with Huan Zhen running away from her wedding? She felt betrayed over her fiance's reaction when he found out how many ex boyfriends she had. Yes, it was bad for her to lie, but her explanation in front of all the relatives was GOLD!
Anyways, because she has been in love that many times, only to have to part ways for whatever reason, and was nearly dumped in her own wedding, she feels very insecure when in a relationship. That's why to some, you might feel like she's throwing a tantrum over little things but those little things really do bother people who feel insecure and have been betrayed in the past. So I was very glad to see Hao Meng constantly chasing after her, to prove her that his love for her was real.
Towards the end, some of you might have felt frustrated. WHY IS SHE NOT ACCEPTING HIM WHEN SHE WANTED TO MARRY HIM BEFORE??? All of those challenges they had faced previously plus that s** scandal and her insecurity were the main reasons why. She loves him, but doesn't feel she's good enough for him, especially when he had to give up the chance he had to go to Singapore, for her. She needed time to accept that Hao Meng really loved her and wanted to marry her. Hence the reason why she kept rejecting him until she changed her mind at the end.
This was a heartwarming drama based on a true story. I really cannot believe such a wonderful couple exists in real life. I felt it was too good to be true most of the times. Wish I too one day, can meet a guy like Ding Yi Zhou. If this doesn't deserve a 10/10, I wonder which drama does. A must watch for those who are looking for beautiful true love stories.
