I feel like jisoo fans are trying to make this all about her and the hate against her when thats not even it. They keep forgetting that this is not twitter, this isnt a blackpink concert, this isnt a bunch of antis attacking their fave. This is about a legitimate concern many have regarding distortion of history. Jisoo being in this drama does not have anything to do with it.

Yeah i sympathise with the korean viewers. I know if a drama distorted my country's history, people would have reacted the same way. But at the same time i think people should at least let a few episodes air rather than asking for it to be shut down immediately. Because in that way if in future it's revealed that the show is not going to distort history everyone will be appeased, but if it does distort then no one, not even hard core fans would be able to argue against it. So maybe wait for 5 or 6 episodes to air. Because if this shuts down prematurely we'll have fans saying that everyone had an agenda with the actual problem being buried.

Why are you losing it over every person saying something about jisoo that you don't like? This isn't twitter, this is mdl. You are going to have to deal with people critically analysing the cast. Go check out the comments under every drama, everyone leaves comments regarding the cast and the acting. But because jisoo is in the drama, blinks are going to make this a toxic place as well. Be nice to people. This isnt a Blackpink concert that fans are watching, this is a drama with many other actors. Also the OP never said something wrong or offensive, i dont understand why you blew up. They said that the drama had a famous writer-director duo and an ensemble cast so even if jisoo wasnt the main lead, it would have still been hyped up and that's true. Why take offense?

Im surprised this is getting spinoffs but no news regarding season 3 :/ are they trying to build up anticipation for it by giving us crumbs in the form of spinoffs?

No updates yet? I was so excited when i first heard about this but i guess this is going to be a project that is forgotten....sad considering how big of a hit the show was

The guest! I loved loved the ost. Both the male and female versions and when it played in the final episode during the THAT scene, man i had goosebumps. And when they performed the exorcisms.....i just loved how the ost was used and kept wanting to keep playing in the background
Kill me Heal me. Was liking the show and then bam! The ost comes on and im like, im gonna love this show.
Goblin. No surprise considering how it has the ost with the most views. Almost every ost was hauntingly beautiful minus the one that played for the grim reaper and sunny. Wasnt bad but was a little different from the the other sound tracks.
Voice. This series was already epic but then we have the ost. Im not sure about the name but it goes from this sad ballad in season 1, to a rock ballad in season 2, to growls and screams in season 3. I loved all 3 versions and i was sad that it wasn't a part of season 4. But then again i don't think they could have made it any more rock than the one in season 3 :P
Train. Loved the ost. It added to the drama's atmosphere
My mister. My personal favourites were adult by sondia and rainbow. These two osts made the show even more amazing than it already was.
The devil judge. I mostly loved the instrumentals but it made the show even more badass
The uncanny counter. I loved seojong's ost and all the instrumentals
Hometown. I loved the show and how creepy it was. Then the intrumental ans osts came and it just added to the whole experience. Made me want to look over my shoulder

I'd like to add that while i didn't like hotel del luna as much, i did love the osts so dont know whether this fits here

I dropped these too. Plus vincenzo. I feel like the hype around these shows raised my expectations too high. If they hadn't been that hyped perhaps, might not have dropped them. Im not saying I would have liked them but perhaps my disappointment would not have been so great.
I also have a few of my faves on the list and while it's a little jarring, i guess thats the beauty of differing opinions. Which ones are your faves? Mine would be the guest, goblin, Signal, sweet home, memories of alhambra, beyond evil, cheese in the trap, scarlet heart, the uncanny counter

We still have time though right? I mean as far as i know the writer is still working on the script and the show probably will start shooting in 2022. So far lee jin wook has maybe one show lined up.

I honestly wouldn't mind if they end the season with kang centre hearing her name called out and turning to see do kang woo standing there smiling at her without any of his pain and angst. That ending would make my day. Also I would love to see maybe a cameo from jang hyuk too (considering how i think that for the next season we may be heading to America)

I would watch it without hesitation! It hurt me to drop this season but it just wasnt it for me. If they can bring back moo jin hyuk and do kang woo for once blockbluster final season 5, i think the ratings would sky rocket. But it would be a little hard for the script writer to incorporate so many characters that are all main lead material

Majority wants him back, you are not alone. We really should make a petition so that they bring him back. Thing with jang hyuk is that his arc concluded in a nice way so while i miss him, i dont feel any pain the way i do when i see the series continuing without team leader do

The fact that after the massive hit that was season 1, a change in male lead could have destroyed the series but didnt is proof that lee jin wook was a huge factor in the success of s2 and 3. Season 1 was a big hit and i remember how all of us wanted to see jang hyuk return but since they had nicely ended moo jin hyuk's arc, it didn't hurt as much to see a new male lead. Lee jin wook then won our hearts with his team leader do. Now with the way season 3 ended (which in my opinion was vague intentionally) how can we accept another male lead? Especially one that is as bland as derek cho. And it's not just about him, the entire 4th season was lacking that nail biting, edge of the seat scenario that the previous 3 seasons had. Then to make it even more painful they bring back an important character from season 2 right at the end? This character was a part of team leader do's arc! Why would you even do that! I missed the original ost and i missed the true essence of voice which was what had pulled me to it in the first place. But then i came across something the writer said in an interview: "the main characters stay for a minimum of three seasons. However, due to various issues, ‘Voice’ introduces Derek Jo". This makes me think that they did intend to keep lee jin wook for season 4 but perhaps he was too busy with sweet home and bulgassal. And his movie. Currently he seems to have only one project lined up. I think the makers can pull him in for season 5.

Im holding onto this hope that the makers will conclude voice by showing that do kang woo is back. I hope they read the feedback and understand that almost everyone wants lee jin wook. Even the comments under this article are almost all about bringing team leader do back. Kang kwon joo had an amazing partnership with do kang woo

There are two things the makers should do. First they should air the next season on ocn. No other channel can do justice to this series. Second they need to bring lee jin wook back

We probably wont get jang hyuk back as moo jin hyuk (beyond an occasional email exchange) since jang hyuk himself stated that his character arc is over and concluded.

I am going to believe this. There absolutely has to be a reason why bang je soo has been brought back. There has to be reason why we got no proper confirmation of do kang woo's death. We got no funeral scene. Not even a scene where kang centre visits his grave. There has to be a reason why do kang woo was shown on an island with power cables and houses visible. There has to be a reason why they mentioned the possibility of a cure in US.
Also, do you think the makers visit sites like MDL? Cuz the writer acknowledged in a interviews how she knows people cant move on from do kang woo. I hope they do visit these sites and go through the comments because we need do kang woo back.

I don't think hes THAT occupied. He might not be in sweet home season 2 (i think this is a false rumour though). Bulgassal is going to air so the shooting is done and over with. He has a romantic drama he may be a part of but thats about it. Considering that voice 5 hasn't even started shooting yet i think we should make enough noise so that they atleast consider showing us a glimpse of do kang woo being alive and well

Yasss they better bring him back. Imagine if the makers had brought back mo tae goo in season 2 or 3 with do kang woo as the main lead. Thats exactly what they are doing here by bringing back bang je soo.
