I don' think that's possible anymore for various reason. Either way, it seems they've already establish Derek…
I wouldn't give up though. The feedback of this show clearly shows what the viewers want, both international viewers and korean viewers want lee jin wook back. Also, they don't have to make do kang woo the lead (though derek cho isnt main lead material), they can just show us that he sends a message to kang centre telling us viewers that he's alive. Thats all i want. A confirmation that he's alive, leaving the possibility of kang centre and him reuniting open. Just like moo jin hyuk's character may have ended within the show but the possibility of him returning is always open. Also why would you bring back bang je soo without do kang woo?
I regret to say that this season is very mediocre compared to the others. I was very hopeful for this, but unfortunately…
I know what you mean. I was willing to give it a try despite being very bitter about the way season 3 ended but then i thought about how i ended up enjoying season 2 despite initially missing jang hyuk. But with this season, i just couldn't? SSH is a good actor but wasnt a good fit for this particular series. His character was bland and sadly i ended up dropping the show. Its sad because im such a huge of the series
I miss Team Leader Do and how complex his character was. He is still my favorite among the three; S4 ML, the least.…
I get what you mean. Its the exact same thing my family and i were discussing. That SSH simply wasn't meant for a drama as intense as voice. Jang hyuk and lee jin wook just fit right in. I will be honest and say that i missed jang hyuk when i first started season 2 but since they concluded moo jin hyuk's arc nicely, i was able to move on. And lee jin wook's portrayal of the complex do kang woo won me over in season 2 itself. While SSH could not win me over and i sadly ended up dropping voice 4 around episode 8. Not only was this season lacking the darkness of the previous 3 seasons, but also i felt nothing for the new male lead. His sister dies and i felt nothing from him. When moo jin hyuk's wife was murdered, i felt everything he felt. With do kang woo, i felt his pain and confusion. With detective cho i feel nothing. He's bland. Another factor is that they havent properly concluded do kang woo's arc. Why would they bring back bang je soo without him? Its like bringing back mo tae goo without moo jin hyuk! Its not fair to us. Considering the feeback of this season and how the majority is literally begging the makers to bring lee jin wook back, i have hopes that the makers will listen. Even if its only an email to kang centre from do kang woo to let her know he's alive and well and will come back i will be appeased. The makers never showed do kang woo's death. It's all so ambiguous. No funeral, not even as a flashback in season 4. No body either. And bang je soo is back. Why not listen to the fans and bring back do kang woo? The ratings of season 2 and 3 versus that of season 4 clearly show that SSH could not win our hearts. After the massive success of season 1, changing the male lead could have gone south for the show but it didnt. Why? Because moo jin hyuk had a proper and happy conclusion and because lee jin wook was able to win us over with his acting. I believe the makers left do kang woo's death vague on purpose so that the possibility of him coming back is open. After all, why was he on an island with visible power cables?
I hope they can bring team leader do back....season 4 just wasn't it while the first 3 seasons were amaaaazing.…
After season 1, the makers properly closed of moo jin hyuk's arc. They havent done that for do kang woo. They brought back bang je soo but not detective do? Thats like bringing back mo tae goo and not moo jin hyuk. Also i thought we would get a funeral scene as a flashback considering we got a proper funeral for chief jang and chief na. But not even in a flashback did we see it. And that scene of him standing on an island at the end of season 3? If hes dead why were there power cables visible? Its perfectly possible for him to have survived and gotten treatment Makers this is a genuine and humble request, please bring lee jin wook back as do kang woo! Even if its only a cameo just to show us that he is alive and well. That he and kang kwon joo will reunite. Just a email addressed to her or something. Please please?
how about the ML? is he interesting? its just that in the summary he just seems like a boring banker who is in…
From what i remember, he's ex marine or something like that. Basically part of an elite force and can take on 7-8 people on his own. His unconditional love for the female lead does play a huge part since obviously it is because of his love that he puts everything on the line. But a boring man he is definitely not
Finished it yesterday 2am ,,,, All what I've concluded is that it could have been a great movie 16 episodes were…
I disagree. I loved every single moment of this drama, even the mundane things they did that in any other show would have bored me. But this? No. There's a deeper meaning to every single moment. Even the way a particular scene is captured has a deeper meaning. The signs in the background when they are walking, when they look at their reflections, all of it has a deeper meaning. Maybe this show just wasn't it for you. But i have rewatched it a total of 4 times and every time i finish it, i want to watch it again Had this been a movie, the depth simply would not be there. A 2 hour movie would not have done justice to this masterpiece
I cant be the only one who wants to see him return as team leader do in voice 5 :/ the 4th season was such a disappointment....we know jang hyuk has refused to come in future seasons because he feels his character arc is closed but team leader do can return since so many things are left to be dealt with
I hope they can bring team leader do back....season 4 just wasn't it while the first 3 seasons were amaaaazing. Lee jin wook was simply perfect for this show. Team leader do and kang center had this partnership that really should be utilized more also spoiler below

I don't necessarily agree with you (especially on your opinion regarding Revenge) but the purpose of my question was to know your reasoning and not to start an argument hence i will refrain. I respect and thank you for your opinion and hope you find a drama you will like (i recommend OCN shows)
But why would you look for reality in the world of fiction? Don't mean to offend you or anything, I'm just genuinely curious. Because i personally watch shows/read books to escape from reality
I never thought i would enjoy this so much. Most short dramas tend to be rushed and it almost seems like there…
Okay so having finished this, i can honestly say that i absolutely loved it. The makers delivered everything in 5 episodes and i found myself wishing it was longer just so that i could stay with these characters longer. I loved every single one of them. The teachers were hilarious too lol especially in the scene when lee sieon and siwon ate interrupted by that teacher (i forget his name), i laughed so much. Also i think the ending makes it pretty obvious that lee siwon and lee sieon ended up together. The two had amazing chemistry and i was rooting for them. Lee siwon liked the fact that she was needed by kang parang and she mistook that for love. Which is why kang parang tells her that it wasnt just her keeping him company and that he was there for her too, you can see siwon realize the truth about her feelings. I wish we could have a season 2 to see siwon and sieon end up together and kang parang taking the world by storm with his talent. But at the same time i think there's no need and that the ending was perfect. I definitely recommend the drama.
I never thought i would enjoy this so much. Most short dramas tend to be rushed and it almost seems like there is no connectivity between scenes. I guess when there are only a few episodes in which the makers have to tell a story, it's kinda inevitable. But with this show, i don't feel like things are rushed. It's not disjointed. The makers meant for this show to be 5 episodes long. They didn't make a show and then decide on the number of episodes. They made the show with the number of episodes in mind and so the story telling is concise and tight. I am loving it so far. Im halfway through episode 4. With about 1 and a half episode left, i can honestly call this a pleasant surprise. Also i love kim geon and jung chae so.
Having caught up to episode 15, I have somethings to say,1. This drama is definitely based on real events because…
Also its so strange how people keep hating on the FL for the most ridiculous reason. Was she supposed to fall into the male lead's arms the minute she broke up? Especially when she had doubts about the male lead in her mind? I mean other than being helpful, the male lead never exactly dissuaded the notion that he was a playboy. Also i understand her wanting to keep the relationship a secret. We've already seen how she would get annoyed by her ex flaunting their relationship. Plus can you imagine the backlash she would face? People would call her a gold digger and say she's dating Mo lingze to benefit her company. Or worse, that she cheated on her fiance with Mo lingze. She's absolutely understandable here

Finally a positive comment in a sea of negativity. Im amazed that people like empathy and sympathy and don't realize how hard it is to be betrayed by someone you thought you'd marry
