I disagree. I loved every single moment of this drama, even the mundane things they did that in any other show would have bored me. But this? No. There's a deeper meaning to every single moment. Even the way a particular scene is captured has a deeper meaning. The signs in the background when they are walking, when they look at their reflections, all of it has a deeper meaning. Maybe this show just wasn't it for you. But i have rewatched it a total of 4 times and every time i finish it, i want to watch it again
Had this been a movie, the depth simply would not be there. A 2 hour movie would not have done justice to this masterpiece

I cant be the only one who wants to see him return as team leader do in voice 5 :/ the 4th season was such a disappointment....we know jang hyuk has refused to come in future seasons because he feels his character arc is closed but team leader do can return since so many things are left to be dealt with

I hope they can bring team leader do back....season 4 just wasn't it while the first 3 seasons were amaaaazing. Lee jin wook was simply perfect for this show. Team leader do and kang center had this partnership that really should be utilized more also spoiler below

I don't necessarily agree with you (especially on your opinion regarding Revenge) but the purpose of my question was to know your reasoning and not to start an argument hence i will refrain. I respect and thank you for your opinion and hope you find a drama you will like (i recommend OCN shows)

But why would you look for reality in the world of fiction? Don't mean to offend you or anything, I'm just genuinely curious. Because i personally watch shows/read books to escape from reality

Okay so having finished this, i can honestly say that i absolutely loved it. The makers delivered everything in 5 episodes and i found myself wishing it was longer just so that i could stay with these characters longer. I loved every single one of them. The teachers were hilarious too lol especially in the scene when lee sieon and siwon ate interrupted by that teacher (i forget his name), i laughed so much.
Also i think the ending makes it pretty obvious that lee siwon and lee sieon ended up together. The two had amazing chemistry and i was rooting for them. Lee siwon liked the fact that she was needed by kang parang and she mistook that for love. Which is why kang parang tells her that it wasnt just her keeping him company and that he was there for her too, you can see siwon realize the truth about her feelings. I wish we could have a season 2 to see siwon and sieon end up together and kang parang taking the world by storm with his talent. But at the same time i think there's no need and that the ending was perfect.
I definitely recommend the drama.

I never thought i would enjoy this so much. Most short dramas tend to be rushed and it almost seems like there is no connectivity between scenes. I guess when there are only a few episodes in which the makers have to tell a story, it's kinda inevitable. But with this show, i don't feel like things are rushed. It's not disjointed. The makers meant for this show to be 5 episodes long. They didn't make a show and then decide on the number of episodes. They made the show with the number of episodes in mind and so the story telling is concise and tight. I am loving it so far. Im halfway through episode 4. With about 1 and a half episode left, i can honestly call this a pleasant surprise. Also i love kim geon and jung chae so.

Also its so strange how people keep hating on the FL for the most ridiculous reason. Was she supposed to fall into the male lead's arms the minute she broke up? Especially when she had doubts about the male lead in her mind? I mean other than being helpful, the male lead never exactly dissuaded the notion that he was a playboy.
Also i understand her wanting to keep the relationship a secret. We've already seen how she would get annoyed by her ex flaunting their relationship. Plus can you imagine the backlash she would face? People would call her a gold digger and say she's dating Mo lingze to benefit her company. Or worse, that she cheated on her fiance with Mo lingze. She's absolutely understandable here

Finally a positive comment in a sea of negativity. Im amazed that people like empathy and sympathy and don't realize how hard it is to be betrayed by someone you thought you'd marry

She doesnt though? She tells him not to send gifts etc at her work place since they haven't yet worked out their problems. She tells him that the wedding is off until he earns her forgiveness. She realizes she likes the male lead and that the problems with her ex are too big and breaks up with him, telling him everything straight up. She repeats all of this infront of her father as well (her ex is present then too). She refused the car he was trying to gift her and raised her voice too. What more should she do? She's known this guy for 10 years. They have family ties and everything. She can't just cut him off like that. They were probably friends before they even got together. Its not that easy. Given that each episode duration is roughly half hour and that it has only been 14 episodes, i think she has handled everything really well. She's human after all. She's in pain. And her family refuses to support her through this

Oh no no, she knows from the very start that her ex is a cheat. She tries to give him a chance to earn her forgiveness out of respect for the 10 years they were together but she realizes pretty soon it won't work out and breaks up in the 9th episode. Her ex isn't even shown that much to be honest and she doesn't exactly get back together with him after the first episode. She tells him very clearly that the wedding is off indefinitely. He's the one trying to manipulate things by involving family etc

I wouldn't call it a love triangle, nor what i say that he's "keeping her attention". More like a pest she wants to shake off. A very persistent pest. This isn't a love triangle but he's very much....there. not a lot though. He doesn't love her, just doesn't want to lose to anyone
