//Penny is NOT actually into Sorn. She’s just using him like a decoy boyfriend in a low-budget queer romcom called “Operation: Make Her Look.”\\
I am trying to figure out why folks are just so bothered by her and her presence in this series. She's not "the one" keeping Sorn from confessing his real feelings for Jun. That's all on Sorn.
Sorn's the one who could end Jun's confusion immediately by being honest with him.
Whatever do you mean? They've been fucking before we ever got attached to Jun and as long as Sorn or her does…
"woman....an example of a situation like this is the situation between Vee, Phut and the other boy he's secretly seeing."
Well, we had a very specific poster, absolutely lose their mind over that particular scene, because in their mind, "we shouldn't see 'straights in BLs'," even though this minor character is another representation of Bisexuals that are members of the queer community.
"Very misogynistic mindset. They're rather see the woman as the one in the wrong and would find millions of ways to defend the most toxic male character. It's actually refreshing to see on this page that for once, there are people calling out Sorn on his BS."
That's another reason why I am enjoying this series. Folks/viewers for once, aren't putting their rose tinted blinders on about Sorn's behavior, and if they coud stop viewing Penny has this "threat", they could see that she's just the same as Sorn. She's not the horrible girlfriend from "Together With Me " and "My Day The Series"

It's interesting that some viewers see Penny's behavior with Sorn as "needy, desperate, and pathetic" all due to believing that she somehow has real feelings for him.
Both she and Sorn are using each other to deny their true feelings for June and Jun. Penny has already clocked that Sorn and Jun are into one another, but Sorn isn't willing to be honest with himself and Jun out of some fear of being rejected. Penny probably doesn't see that she's playing the same game with June to protect herself and her unconscious feelings about her.
I also think that BL viewers are just so accustomed to seeing these women characters as "needy, desperate, and pathetic", due to how they were written and portrayed in countless other Thai BLs in years past.
DISCLAIMER:Totally fair if this show’s not your vibe—some people want cozy fluff, others came for emotional…
"Meanwhile, Jun is still blinking at the ceiling wondering if this is step 2 of his bisexual awakening or just a really aggressive sleepover."
Jun should also wonder how quickly his body has learned to accept Sorn's "curriculum". He's never had 1) a fever nor 2) not been able to get out of bed and move on his own like in other Thai BLs from years past.
Let's face facts. The only thing separating romance from friendship is the horizontal dance, the actual bumping…
Anyone with a working brain shouldn't be "confused" by the subject matter and plot of this series at all. It's just not sugar-coating the sex with twinkle background music and these characters physically interactions with one another.
For me, it's refreshing to finally see a Thai BL do something like this, with no apologies, nor them trying to appease the audience.
They are, but I truly think that Mr. Nut absolutely is thrilled that he's being courted and pursued by Mr. Tan. He wants to have Mr. Tan ask him out on a date.
My Stubborn Ep. 5: Missionary Impossible—Now with FeelingsSo Jun moves in because there’s construction outside…
At first, I thought I was replying to @Honglou Meng!!
"He’s spent four episodes puppeteering Jun’s feelings—pretending he’s just “teaching,” while actually gatekeeping emotional access. But now? Jun moves in, and boom—Sorn snaps like a man who hasn’t emotionally exfoliated since birth."
Sorn finally has Jun in his lair, I mean his apartment, so he doesn't have to continually come up with excuses to get sexual with him anymore.
Jun never, ever not takes up Sorn's repeated offerings of "teaching", so Sorn feels and thinks that if he continues with this curriculum, Jun will be "his" and his only at the end of the internship.
And for the n-th time I'll say this. Never, EVER pick up a call during sex! Unless you want to see the back of…
Sorn would never kick out Jun out of bed, before he was able to get their nuts off. Jun literally kicked Sorn off of him to get him to stop going for his goal.
"No lube. No prep. Just sheer delusion and arm strength."And somehow, Jun's body was "slick" enough to accept…
I think last week, I mentioned that the use of lube in these BLs is viewed as a no no, because it's not viewed as "thrilling/exciting enough", and this week's episode gave proof to that theory. 😀
Some series are reserved for a limited audience with acquired taste. I'm sure a lot of people were appalled by…
On my Twitter feed, alot of folks are turned off by the violence, and that it doesn't showcase the fantasy land version of Bangkok that we are used to in other Thai BLs.

Put all this misplaced anger onto Sorn.
