Here is the tweet. The poster looks rather official. But the first line merely said projected to air in Feb 2022. With no specific date being mentioned, it is obviously possible that should there be a delay in post production, Youku will certainly delay the broadcasting. But this poster is printed, not something typed by someone. I take it that it is rather official, though I can be wrong.

Yes, I don't think she will give up doing historical dramas. Certainly not now. Just that she just finished filming 2, back to back, so her next project is more likely to be modern drama instead of a historical.

But, we do need to be mindful. If the best offer on her table is a historical drama, if the modern drama package is just not attractive, she will still do that historical drama. Doing a poorly constructed modern drama will ruin her reputation.

100% agreement with your comment. Doing heavy promotion during the Winter Games is just a waste of resources. Whole of China now focused on the Games. It is their pride to host it. Hence lack of promotion at this moment is hardly an indication that Youku lacks confidence in this drama.

If Youku intends to start airing this drama end of Feb, they can wait till the Games end on 20 Feb. Do a week of intensive promotion, and show it on 28 Feb. At this moment, the only thing we can hope for is an official airing date.

Well, the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Games just finished a few hours ago. It was a nice show, with happy ending. Don't we all love happy ending?? I think they did use computer graphics for that event, and it was really high quality. Let's hope that the CGI for TBW will be just as great!

Since Youku already announced that they will be airing in Feb, and we want more than just BTS stills, next week will be great time to them to show us more stuff. An official specific airing date in Feb would be great to calm our nerves that there would be no more delays.
